So unearthing my old old diary rather than moving the last one back again.
Am back in ketosis, am above posted weight but have lost this week, am probs 2 weeks away from posted.
It's early for me on a weekend but have already cooked breakfast, done the laundry, started the washing up, watched the formula 1 and hit the gym
Am super excited that I got myself in the gym, was empty when I got there but 2 others came in after 5 mins, so just did 15mins on cross trainer. If it had stayed empty might have done some weights but didn't want an audience for that
Full length mirrors in the gym show weight has gone on to my belly, and I know from jeans it's on my thighs but my back and arms have stayed as they were.
and us too... I'm timing my power walk to get me back here in time to cook our traditional Sunday smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast (must confess to personally only being interested in the beginning... and the end... so will drag OH out with me in the sun, to visit a "vide grenier" (think car boot sale, without cars... or boots...) and market while the middle bit is on!
Went to asda on way home to get some new jogging bottoms for the gym (mine have waaay too many holes in, and I seem to have lost a pair), £4 they only had blue in my size the grey and black were nicer but a sea of 10s, 12s and 24s.
Still utter bargain and unlikely to be seen by too many.
Weight up this morning - late home due to shopping ate later, didnt drink enough (no night weeing though - bonus) not enough sleep, so not as down about it as I could be.
My sister bought me a couple of pairs of jogging bottoms at Christmas, and they're kind of fluffy inside... and I wore one pair twice briefly and left little piles of fluff everywhere in the house!
Hope yours don't do this - any remedy? I suppose the old "put them in the freezer" thing might work

I dunno about outside, the fluff usually sticks to my legs, yours are no doubt smoother than mine. But also my hair sheds more than a dog (and a gazillion times longer creates nests all over) so a bit of fluff dosent bother me (or the poor hoover) so much.
