Don't be disheartened by 0.8! can you mix your days up ? red data? SP ? give your body a bit of a shock?
I've done a bit of digging and have two ideas from some peeps on insta... Need yo up my water big time! And, gonna try eating small meals or speed snacks every 2-3 hours to speed up my metabolism!!! Worth a shot, although being away this weekend and with work next week, I'm not sure it'll be easy!
