Haha becki, I usually do that...eat it all and then it's gone! There is a 10 syn egg and spoon thing left, a couple of bits I'm gonna give to my mum and then just the kids millions of things!!

I think you might be right Gemsta! I enjoy the odd sp day to have 2 hex b's but I do get more hungry and therefore use more syns those days too! Xx

I put my chocolate into 5 syn bags, it lasts longer!!!
 
WEEK 15 - TUESDAY

B - Chocolate porridge using alpro chocolate almond milk. Lick of peanut butter (say 1 syn)

S - grapes and a tangerine

L - jacket with tuna Mayo (0.5) and sweet corn, served with salad. Then tea with 3 x malted milk (6 syns ooops!)

D - KFC chicken, sw chips and corn on the cob

S - rainbow drops (5 syns) and sugar free cloudy lemonade

Syns = 12.5

Haven't stopped today...been baby swimming, to physio, to the shop and back, cleaned the house, batch cooked so I have some freezer food for work days, organised more of the kids' party, made pack lunches...oh and taken care of 2 kiddos!!! Exhausted so hoping I've burnt a few extra calories today! Back to work tomo after 2.5 weeks off
 
Wounder! That'll be hard after 2 and half weeks. Food looking good as always :)
 
WEEK 15 - WEDNESDAY

B - museli (part hex a and hex b + 3 syns cos otherwise it would've been like two mouthfuls!!!) And a banana

L - orzo pasta salad with sw sausages in. A passion fruit

S - grapes, an apple, an alpen (3 syns)

D - tomato and bacon pasta (with onion and mushrooms) and part hex a cheese

Syns = 9 (inc 2 for milk in teas) And for the first time in ages, my syns haven't been used on chocolate or junky snacks!!!

Weigh in tomorrow and I couldn't feel much more pessimistic about it!!!

Yes hun...was nice! I've also bought some quinoa to try in a salad tomorrow...trying to mix lunches up a bit cos I was getting bored!
 
-4 lb....thank the lord!!! That's my 3.5lb gain from last week off and another 0.5lb so I'll take that. Think now I'm closer to target I need to work a little harder for it!! Gonna try upping my body magic (which will be hard, but worth it!) And a week of no slip ups hopefully!!!

So now 10st 1lb, and 5lb from target!!!
 
Thanks guys! I kinda feel like last week's +3.5lb was bad luck as the days before and the days after I'd weighed less than actual weigh in day! But...is definitely nice to have shed that weight plus more!!!
 
Well done chick! Great loss! I'd give my left arm for that kinda loss now..lol.. It sure gets harder the nearer we get that's for sure.
 
Thanks , although it's only really a 0.5 lb loss cos of last week's gain! Haha!
 
WEEK 16 THURSDAY WEIGH IN

B - quark overnight oats

A - an apple

L - chicken and quinoa salad and a tangerine

S - a raw carrot, mini flapjack (3.5 syns)

D - fajitas using second hex b, my hex a, plus 4.5 syns for an extra wrap

Options hot choc with mini marshmallows 3 syns

Milk in tea 2 syns

Syns =13

WEIGH IN: -4lb taking me to 10st1lb

Hi guys! Again been busy and rubbish at updating my diary. Had 3 excellent days when at work (find it so much easier to be good when I'm at work!) Sticking to 10 syns Friday. Yesterday I had 16 syns (6.5 went on lunch, which I won't be doing again soon!!!) But did go on a long walk with the hubby, dog and pram so hoping I burned a few calories!!! * week also arrived yesterday :-(

Off horse riding this morning and just had chocolate porridge and narna for breakfast :)

WEEK 16. - SUNDAY

B - Chocolate porridge

L - cooked all day breakfast

D - roast beef with Yorkshire (4syns) and gravy (1 syn)

Snacks throughout day - 2 x rolo cupcakes (2syns each), egg and spoon (10 syns)

Syns= 19 (flexi synning and gonna try keeps syns to a minimum today - did go under 15 Thurs and to though so not too worried!)

Hoping to do some body combat once the kids are in bed later!
