Well done on the 8lbs off hon and good luck for getting to goal for Xmas - you sound well motivated! Are you enjoying being at Uni?
 
My boobs have shrunk, hahahaha. We're measuring next week so I'll see where I've lost it from.

My friend reckons I've lost some off my face which is good :D and I've lost a little bit off the bit of my boobs near the armpit? If you see what I mean. I hate that bit, so I'm quite happy :p

Karen - yeah it's pretty good. I'm fast learning that Imperial's lack of social life makes it easier to work and diet, so I suppose it has advantages, and if I fancy a decent night out then I can go to Staffs to see Jon :p

Quick update, since I haven't in a while :p

Forgotten what day I'm on now, honestly, it's flown by. I've eaten a SS+ meal today and I'll eat another tomorrow, and then tbh I think I'll just go back to SS, no point in SS+ing really. I am - check this - not that bothered about food :rolleyes: I said that to Jon and he wanted to record it for future reference :rotflmao:

I can't help feeling I've been a bit lax recently. Dunno where the thought's come from - I'm fairly certain I've been pretty good over the past few days! - shall probably chalk it down to OCD and try not to think about it. :)

So - weekend over! :D - and I have nothing really to report :p:

I decided very last minute to go and see Jon this weekend - I haven't been feeling well (mentally) this past week and a cuddle was exactly what I needed, even if it did cost me £20 :rolleyes:

My salads and stuff have gone well, my mum is completely clueless about my diet so all in all a success I think :D hoping for 3ish lbs tomorrow, and an inch or two off everywhere would be nice too ;)

I've made a resolution to start doing my problem sheets as I feel quite behind on work at the moment. Less time worrying I'm going to fail, more time working = less substance behind my worries :D sounds good right? Now I just have to do it :rolleyes:

Shall report back tomorrow with losses, weight and inch wise! :D
 
Well done hun on your 8lbs loss, keep up the good work. By the way what does SS+ stand for?
 
Sole Source plus - it's your basic 3 shakes per day, and you have a salad as well (or a fourth pack and 200ml milk).

I'm back on SS as of today I think. Can't be bothered with eating :p: too much hassle!

It's weird when I think about it. Everyone says that the second time round is harder, but it's been a breeze! It's barely sunk in that I've already lost 8lbs, not sure if that's good or bad :p I sometimes forget I'm even dieting!

Second WI later, and measurements. Not sure how this week will have gone, here's hoping it's a good loss :D

Hahahaha, oops! Must have done *something* terribly wrong as I've somehow gained an lb :eek: Never mind. My CDC reckons it's cause I haven't 'been' in 4-5 days :eek:

I got measured up today and turns out I'm actually 5'4.5" - not as short as I originally thought, which means I'm a lot closer to a healthy weight than I originally thought!

I've also lost 7.5" inches off my waist, hips, arm, thigh and chest (though mainly off my chest - I KNEW it!) :p so I'm still happy.

Onwards and downwards!
 
Well I have been baaad this week so far. Monday I ate THREE crunch bars on top of the shake I had for lunch :eek: and a bit of beef! Luckily they WERE the crunch bars and not the normal ones or I might've kicked myself out of ketosis!

Yesterday I had a good day until I went to the pub - had a black coffee in one (fine) and then a diet coke in the other - oops! But I have been fine with lemony stuff before so it'll be fine I'm sure. Not feeling too hungry today so it looks OK. :)

Off shooting this afternoon, woo :p I'll update again whenever I get round to it :p
 
I had a great night out last night. Shan't say exactly what I ate/drank, but suffice to say I'm surprised I still appear to be in ketosis :eek: I'm having to be very good for at least a few days.

I do seem to be VERY firmly in ketosis, seriously nothing is getting me out of it! Suppose it's probably more of a danger than a blessing, in case I decide to test it out too often :eek:

Still, it was entirely worth it :D shall see what the scales say on Monday. I've had to take fybogel the past two days because that's all ASDA had, but the citric acid should hopefully be fine. Sigh.
 
Ha ha, looks like we fell off the wagon together. Let's get back on it on Monday huh?

I'm already back on it! :D I'd be polishing my halo but I left my bottle of water at Jon's and refused to pay £1.30 for a 500ml bottle of water :eek: when Coke etc was also £1.30! So I'm on the train for another hour or two with nothing to drink :( ah well, I'll live.

Yes, my fingers are crossed for tomorrow too! I'm hoping for at least 4lbs, because I should have lost 3lbs last week. If it's any more than that then great, if not then I had a great weekend which was worth it! :)
 
Good luck with WI in tomorrow.. what's one day/weekend of madness when you're living off drinks for the rest of the week? Sure you can still lose :)
 
Hopefully :D I'll be happy with 10st 8/9, though fingers are still crossed for 10st 6 - which would make me a healthy weight :bliss:

Someone with a funny accent is talking REALLY LOUDLY in front of me. Eugh.

Well, 4lbs. :) Can't say I'm ecstatic, but it beings my total to 11lbs which means I'm about a third of the way there and almost a healthy weight! :)

I still say it was worth it for my night out on Friday :p

I'm moving onto 810 today, but I have to say I haven't really measured portion sizes at all, and probably still won't bother - all I'll do is add the milk. Might move up to 1000 soon in prep for the Xmas period. Still haven't decided what to do for that, though I was considering doing Rosie's hybrid, but with CD packs (probably 2 per day.) That would mean I'd still lose weight, but with more flexibility than the actual CD plans. Sounds like a good plan really. :)

I've been very very naughty today, but we shan't go into that either. :p I bought *something* and have eaten some of it, and the rest is now in the bin with alcohol gel sprayed onto it - shan't be touching that! :eek: I blame my completely ruined sleep schedule, should be back to normal tonight though.
 
I'm saying nothing! ;)

810, 1000, 1200, 1500 are CD plans with, well, I'm sure you can guess how many calories in ;)
Varying amounts of carbs, shakes, fruit and veg, etc.

Generally on any of those plans you're out of ketosis, even though you don't introduce pasta etc until 1000. I'm looking forward to having proper food!
