Well, 4lbs.
Can't say I'm ecstatic, but it beings my total to 11lbs which means I'm about a third of the way there and almost a healthy weight!
I still say it was worth it for my night out on Friday
I'm moving onto 810 today, but I have to say I haven't really measured portion sizes at all, and probably still won't bother - all I'll do is add the milk. Might move up to 1000 soon in prep for the Xmas period. Still haven't decided what to do for that, though I was considering doing Rosie's hybrid, but with CD packs (probably 2 per day.) That would mean I'd still lose weight, but with more flexibility than the actual CD plans. Sounds like a good plan really.
I've been very very naughty today, but we shan't go into that either.
I bought *something* and have eaten some of it, and the rest is now in the bin with alcohol gel sprayed onto it - shan't be touching that!
I blame my completely ruined sleep schedule, should be back to normal tonight though.
