Well done on your chocolate challenge my dear. It's so hard to be seperated from it. I've giving up chocolate every year for lent since i was 8 *sigh* Keep it up though and have a great weekend. xxx
Well, I made it to a million seconds I had a small slice of frangipane on Friday evening (and some large number of alcopops on Saturday ) and a bit of coke, but still no chocolate.
I didn't bring any chocolate back that's a new experience brought some ham and cheese and bread though, I love French food for that as it's all lovely and fresh.
I'll be having a couple of hot chocolates when I go home in 2 weeks time as we bought some hot chocolate pouches for our Senseo machine in France but apart from that I don't think I'll really be having any. I've stopped craving it really - right now I could take it or leave it, so I shall leave it for a while. I'm not sure if I had some that it would still be 'take or leave it' so I won't
Definitely going for the second million seconds of giving up chocolate! I was rather tempted today, but I didn't
Ooooh by the way, my boots have arrived have to go to the post office to pay the customs charge, so I'll go do that tomorrow can't wait! They'd better be comfy!
so if you are going for that second million what are you on now then
hope you are still doing well
have you weighed recently - I am sure with this huge change in the way you are eating you will be making a huge difference - if not to your weight at least to your health
