Well... At least I am still pointing everything....
Last night, BikerBoy took me to Frankie and Benny's, under strict instructions to have whatever I like and not feel guilty about it. I think the words "
For christ's sake Jen, have a night off, it's ok" is the exact quote.
So I did.
All things considered, including the last of the pack of Rolos, the 16 point starter, the huge bowl of pasta and the drinks, I had 49 points yesterday. Which wasn't too bad, considering a) I could have had a dessert but little head-voice said no, I was more than satisfied with what I had, and b) I really did enjoy the whole lot
Today, however, I have had the knock-on effect of hangover munchies... I deliberately didn't have breakfast at his, I knew if I did that, I would still have more at work, so I cut that out... Its a habit I HAVE to break!
Here's The List:
Special K Oats&Honey + Skimmed Milk [2]
Bag of McCoys, Galaxy Caramel, and a ham roll [11]
WW Caramel Creamed Rice pot [1.5]
TLC Chicken Tikka Snackpot [5]
WW Triple Choc Indulgence pud [3]
22.5 so far, leaves me with 4.5. Jacket spud and beans maybe?
I could probably try and save some, for compensation for last night, but I dont think I will. I think I will just take the hit and concentrate fully next week.
Thing is, I'm out for a "work team building" lunch tomorrow to an all you can eat chinese [2 plates, no more] and then at the weekend will probably be a Biker's at some point. So part of me is saying that this week is a write off anyhow. I think, I might try a different tactic next week, and see what I can manage. Really push the weightloss. Veggies and Quorn detox... Not sure yet..!
Work is just shockingly horrendous at the moment. I had a huge rant here then remembered that I log in at work sometimes... Best be a bit smarter than that....
Basically, the troublemaker is still causing trouble, and has 3 weeks left til she leaves...
