Actually, no. This gunman thing put things in perspective, yes we are fine. In the main, we don't fall out that much. I was careful though not to mention food, recipes, diets, gyms, or anything to do with losing weight. And what topics did he bring up? "Whats for tea on friday", "did I want to go out for tea at the weekend", "am I still making the lemon meringue for him", "did I go to the gym", and he told me all about his bike-ride. We're as bad as each other... !!!
Anyhow.. Today! Another day off! Skiver, I know

Food today - This is what I like about days off. I have spent maybe 3 hrs straight cooking and prepping dinner and still have the meringue to finish off. The base is setting in the fridge til I get back from Argos to get my goodies..!
Breakfast -Portabella mushroom, bacon, cheese, poached egg and beans
Snack - Yogurt
Lunch - Pizza [8.5] - Homemade, with pepperoni. I worked out, when the packet says you get 2 pizza bases, you can actually get 4 if you make them thin&crispy. And I prefer thin&crispy. It works out 3 points per base then, compared to 8 points for a shop bought one... BARGAIN! and I couldn't tell the difference, taste-wise. So this, tomatoes, and 30g of cheese. Perfick pizza fix.! Will definitely be making that again.
Tea - Lamb Burgers and homemade chips
Pudding - Lemon Meringue Pie
I haven't properly pointed the pie and the burgers yet, as Im not sure how big they will turn out. The pie seems to say 2 points per serving, but a) Im not sure we'll really divide it into 8 slices cos we're piggies, and b) I used 8 digestives instead of 6, cos I like the base thicker...
Right! I had better get to Argos, to get my scales and my dancemat... hahaha
