The following is a whinge. Sorry
My motivation seems to have taken a bit of a dive. I don't feel great today, again. I didn't whinge yesterday but I had a dizzy head and I feel much the same today. I keep getting hot & cold. So I'm ODing on fruit to boost my immune system.
B - Poached eggs on toast
L - chicken soup
T - fish & chips & peas probably
S - apple, banana, grapes & strawberries
Allowing myself 3 points for a chocolate mousse sundae thing that randomly jumped into my basket in the supermarket the other day...
Having a teeny bit of a tough time today, hormone induced I think. It's kinda our anniversary... 2 years. He's just text to say that he's too busy with work this week and can we do "that meal thing" some other time. Well considering I was meant to be cooking it on saturday, you're a couple of days late for "some other time", darling.
Psychojenny response = The words are unprintable at this time of the day. Hide in toilets, cry for 20 minutes, think of everything bad that's happened in the past 3 weeks or so, and find some way to blame it on him.
Actual response = "Don't worry, you do what you need to do, I'll see you when I see ya x"
And another little whinge to add, regarding last night. I used an onion making my lunch, so Dad had a stress that there wasn't enough onions for his onion crispit he wanted to make. So out I went in my car, and dad said "get something nice for dessert too, to cheer your mum up"... So I thought, cheesecake. Easy, sorted. Mum's favourite dessert in the world is banoffee pie but the ones on the shelf were all smushed, so I went for the banoffee cheesecake.
Got home, my mum was all digging through the bags, which she knows I hate.. I have a SYSTEM for unpacking shopping! And I said "there's a cheesecake in there for dessert if you want to stick it on a plate to defrost?" ... she said "Eurgh it's a banoffee one". I really thought I was doing a nice thing there, but apparently can't do anything right.. I had some WW strawberry cheesecakes too, I said she could have one of them instead.
But in the end, she ate half the banoffee cheesecake and it was "ok".
If it was only "ok", why go back for more?? Sheesh....
So - To summarise.
I'm on plan
100%
No cheating
But I really really really want to have supernoodles, followed by a whole BOX of maltesers right now.
Nearly time for my chicken soup...
