Thanks Karen, am going to get it cut tomorrow afternoon cause I get my 50% discount!
Just had the most lovely dinner!
WW lasagne - done in oven not micro..tastes to much better although 45 mins!! - 4.5 points
WW garlic bread - 3.5 points
salad - 0
such a filling dinner for only 8 points!

Jen if you're getting your hair cut I think you should go around Rosie's / my length - then you can wear it down really easily, and its really easy to style in other ways. You suit your hair long like Sandy says.. i wouldnt go too short.. when i heard the word bob I panicked.. dont cut all your beautiful hair off!

hi, on about the ww lasagne in the oven v micro, i think ur def. right. from the oven its taste soooooo much better that the rush job in the micro.

Am with you on this one - just make sure your shortest layer fits still ties back and yr sorted - Thats what I do - except I'm too lazy/dont find time to straighten it so very rarely wear it down LOL.

Well having lurked late last night and read your ravings about morrisons extended range of WW stuff, I drove all the way across town to our morrisons in search of ciabatta and dough balls (oh and WW pizza) as you made them sound so appealing - only found garlic bread it was very nice though and have several left safely in freezer! Was gobsmacked at how much cheaper the WW frozen meals were compared to elsewhere - cant fit another thing in freezer now!

I wont, it will still be long! I just think its dead boring plus the ends are awful! havent had it cut in AGES!!

I couldnt believe the difference! I always did it in the micro then when I was at my mums I had it but she doesnt have a mirco! Couldnt believe the difference! Just annoying if youre starving!! lol

Thank you honey!! I am glad you liked the garlic bread! I had the dough balls today and they were scrumming too! filled with garlic stuff too! Hope you find them on your hunt!!

Took sandy to get new clothes this morning so hair was put on hold. Will get it done during the week tho! Or just do it myself! lol!
Was sooo good all week,didnt go over once but have only lost 1lb! Wee bit disappointed but a loss is a loss!

She is ok yeah, being very strong. She got a wee bit teary when she was telling me that he dad was saying that he wanted to get better to see his grand kids growing up. She is just absolutely knackered and not eating at all! She just feels understandably sick the whole time. We did have a wee laugh in the car when her mum phoned. all panic let loose thinking oh god what's happened...should I turn the car round....sandy quickly answered in a panic.." hello....mum..." then all I heard was" no i dont want a sandwich from the shop!" ha ha!

Oh god its like living on a knife edge isn't it. The outlook isn't good as Sandy knows but there's always hope

Then she says...can you bring me in ok magazine there is an article I would like to read!!

Well done on 1lb loss. They all add up so pat on the back. Good there for sandy and so supportive. When your in that position with a relative you want to be with your family, but it is also good to have a friend who can break the ice a bit and give support from another direction.
