Well done on 1lb loss. They all add up so pat on the back. Good there for sandy and so supportive. When your in that position with a relative you want to be with your family, but it is also good to have a friend who can break the ice a bit and give support from another direction.

Yeah, very wise words karen! I just think, I am always out for dinner and stuff and lose well, this week I havent been out at all for dinner and only lost 1lb!! lol! it just doesnt seem fair! going to go to frankies tomorrow to make up for it!!! ha ha!!!

Its great that you are there for Sandy - you will make her laugh and allow her to cry - and she will need both.

Hope there were no more bracelet ripping cloth incidents when clothes shopping.

well...ok, suppose youre forgiven!
She has a lot of family round her but is resigned to the fact that its just a waiting game now I will keep chloes paws firmly crossed until I hear otherwise tho!
I will not be going shopping with her again after that embarrassing...oh god I;ve ripped it moment!!
Will give her a big hug when I see her, although you must be back up soon eh!!

I am fine, sorry just been running about a bit tonight. Everything seems to be kicking off! Obv Sandy, then my friends mum has just been told she has a tennis ball sized tumour in her lung! jeso!! Makes you think about how lucky you are and how much you take people for granted!

Oh I havent done much for Sandy at all,I really wish I could do more. Had a nice day. School have given me time off for the funeral which is good, you normally only get it for family so they must have been in a good mood! Have managed to keep within points and have some left over to have a little snack later!
For lunch I had...
Leek and Pot Soup - 1 points
Quorn cottage pie - 3 points
WW crisps - 1 points
Apple - .5

Was quite a lot of food, but I tutor on a Wed so wanted to be full. About 4 people said OH MY GOD, look how much food youre eating and youre on a diet! how are you losing weight!!
