Hi Jenna. Have you tried making your Carbonara with light Phili.......I live off the stuff now & use it to make all sorts of sauces like Thai chicken Curry, Carbonara, sauces for steak/chicken......delish x
 
All ok with me thanks! Still battling on! Have started afresh after 3 months not on plan really for various reasons & put on 8lbs, so nipped it in the bud before it got out of hand!
You are doing so well & try not to fret too much about getting to target cos you will get there especially with the exercise. When I increased my cycling I put 2lbs on in the first week & then lost 1-1.5lbs per week steadily til I reached 8.11.....if I can do it especially with my slow losses so can you! X

Kim I forgot about Philly. I am sure I would prefer this to quark or fromage frais...tho thanks ladies. Have you given me the receipe before? Am really in the mood for it now ;)

Breakfast
Shreddies and milk...no banana *sob* had an apple instead. It just wasn't the same. HEA and HEB,

Lunch
Melon, pineapple and an apple.

Dinner
Bowl of carbonara, made the same way as previously only minus the egg cause well, there wasn't any (I swear my house is currently pretty similar to Old Mother Hubbard's)

Snack
I imagine I'll probably have some pineapple later as I tend to eat dinner really early these days and always 'want to eat' closer to bedtime. I genuinely think my early teas are a result of serial weighing...I have the fear that if I eat too late it'll make me sad in the morning haha!

I honestly don't feel hungry though :s And the weirdest thing is...the days when I have fruit for lunch tend to be the days I'm least hungry whereas if I had carbonara for lunch I'd be ready to eat my own leg off by dinner time. Do you have a food diary Kim? I'll take a peek to see what people of a similar weight are eating (if you have one) :)
 
I keep a diary on my laptop, not on here unfortunately. I tend to have sandwiches or soup for my lunch & then a big meal in the evening. Egg, chopped red onion & salad cream are my fave sandwiches as they can be used for any plan & I always make a veggie soup that can be used on any plan as well. At the weekends, I'll have grilled bacon & scrambled eggs as a brunch or sometimes a full blown SW fry-up if Im on a Red or EE day. Would love to have some tattie bread with it, but not very SW friendly unless I could adapt & make my own!!!
I love cooking & adapting meals to make it SW friendly, so if you want any ideas, just holler.
Haven't seen you on the 9's - 8's for a while, but I do pop on here sometimes to see how you're getting on, or on the 'Seriel Weighers' thread......you all do make me chuckle as I have to force my backside onto the scales on a Friday as I hate weighing myself lol!
 
Sorry on the note of you not feeling hungry, you may benefit eating a bit more & having your Syns as the reason you might be plateauxing is you may not be eating enough, especially now you've started exercising!!! x
 
I know, I'm never in the 9s to 8s thread anymore, I think when I first went in I felt like I was rather lazy compared to all you avid exercisers so didn't really have anything to share lol. Yes, I'm a weird one. Oh God, we're all mental in the serial weighers...it's too addictive, even when it doesn't show you what you want haha!

I've used a good few syns this week, not using any today though..just incase I give in to peer pressure and have a cheeky tipple tomorrow, I hope I can resist. Will definitely be attempting to use my syns properly next week in a hope that it kicks my body's ass in to some form of gear. I know that I need to vary what I eat more but I'm off all this coming week so hopefully that will help me have time to think a bit more about food :) I say that like I don't think about it...I think about it 24/7, it's just the planning and variation that escapes me lol!

I swear, if I didn't have a social life I'd be a size 8 and toned haha!

Ahem I don't excercise and am in the 8's. Ok ok I went thru few weeks of being shred mad but that dvd is now covered in dust but looking to be used soon. As you know I joined small gym at work but really only using the treadmill and some times the cross trainer so technically your doing more than us these days which means you have no excuse not to pop over....ain't that right Kim? ;)

Mac and cheese (made with pasta, philly light, cheese (HEA and B) peppers, onion, mushroom and sweetcorn). My Hea and B was for the whole bowl. I've only had half...I may have the rest for dinner but it feels like too much pasta!? Agh! If only this God damn costume wasn't so tight for tonight!

Ahahaha this is where the fun begins
chips, chicken burger, garlic mayo, tomato sauce and 3 digestive biscuits...syns consumed approximately 8000.

Did you weigh in today miss Jen? Your only young and allowed to have fun. I know what you mean tho as I can't be bothered with how wine has been makin me feel lately. I like the option of a glass tho end up with all the bottle lol at least your not ill today..are you?
