Not preaching at all, Kim, I appreciate your concern. Same for you, Emsie. No chance of making myself ill, I've just scoffed another bloody muller and my ryvitas (HEB2) ...again, it's case of wanting to munch. It's ridiculous. It's like I can't stop myself even though I know the scales are not working in my favour.
 
Sometimes you have to ignore those b***** scales as they are the bain of all our lives! There is nothing wrong in eating all the time Jenna & if you are snacking rather than eating 3 'proper' meals, does it really matter if you're still following the plan. What you might find tho, is if you eat a bit more at meal times you wont snack so much, but there again as long its on plan, snack all you want.......food is good lol!

D: 2 Linda McCartney veg sausages (4syns), Mixed veg, spag hoops and 2 slices of wholemeal toast

Ok, so weigh in showed me at 3/4 of a pound heavier (which is a miracle) but I round up to a pound.

Feeling really ready to get back on track properly. Went shopping yesterday to buy lots of sf foods and went to the gym. Plan to go again today.

Breakfast
5 strawberries, 1 banana, 6 grapes, 1 apple and 1/3 of a pineapple topped with a muller light <3

Lunch
Vegetable soup with a cheese wholemeal toastie (HEA and HEB)

Dinner
Sausage butty with wholemeal bread and spaghetti hoops (HEB2)

Snacks
Banana
Freddo 5 syns
Choc digestive 4 syns
2 marshmallows 2 syns
Muller light

Lots of snacking woops!

Total Syns: 15

Edit: Ok I was too confident. Ended up spending another 20 syns on choc biscuits. Not too worried at the mo as I have a week to make it up but I need to wise up.

Going to aim for under 10 everyday, more today as it's weigh in day.

Pah, tiny little pound, thats nothing, go & have a poo lol!!! We all get these pesky little gains for no reason, it just keeps us on our toes! Hope you have a good week x
 
I agree with Kim. I know It's a pain when someone says it etc but its true. Also you have been to gym which may have an effect. Keep your chin up Jen and you will be there in no time x
 
Hey lovely, how's it going? I'm back on track after an off-plan week and a huge gain on Monday! My plan now is just to get back to 10st 3lbs and stay there 'til Christmas - even that's going to be a challenge because I've got loads going on. Having to do Jury Service next week so will have to be super organised and take a little packed lunch with me. I'll look like such a geek! lol! x
 
Hey missus, sorry I haven't been keeping up to date with you...have become rather self obsessed and tend to only post in here and off topic at the mo haha!That's crap about your gain but I'm totally feeling your struggle with staying on plan especially as you were away...you'll have it off in no time. Oooh jury duty, I thankfully will never have to do it, though sometimes I think I might like to, granted I'd just vote guilty for the craic lol!

Have saved my 2nd HEB incase I want a munch later. Would be better to munch on toast than the chocs I've been scoffing recently. Now just to hope I have the strength to do it.
 
Sometimes up just have to get it out of your system Jenna & then you'll wake up one morning & be revitalized for SW & no naughty munchies !

Why no syns? Nothing wrong with snacking! You should see me on a night shift when I'm looking after a patient in their own home, I eat all night long!
