Jess's Diary - Weighed in a day early..

Finished off my points with a baileys and slice of toast with peanut butter. Hungry now but I'll be off to bed soon and tomorrow my cupboards will be stocked :)

OMG - that sounded good - baileys & peanut butter are 2 of my favourite things !!!

I went to bed at 4am and woke up at 1pm.. I am going to get a shock Monday morning! I have to get up early tomorrow though as we're taking loads of stuff to the skip in preparation for moving next weekend.

I had a nice lunch of 2 low fat sausages (4), beans (1), scrambled eggs with a bit of low fat cheese and spread (4.5), grilled tomato (0), 3 BGTY bacon medallions (1) and ketchup (0.5). 11 points left.

Weighed myself this morning, 13 1.6. 40.5% body fat though, eeeek. I blame the boobs. Will call it 13 2. Took measurements, I'm not sure if I'm measuring the right places but as long as it's the same it doesn't matter.

Boobs: 44 inches
Waist: 37 inches
Hips(?): 44 inches
Thigh: 24 inches
Arm: 12 inches

I'm going on holiday to France in June. Probably Dordogne. Going with my mum, dad, Adam, brother and niece. We're renting a villa with a private pool, I'm so excited! Got something to aim for now :) I'd like to be in the lower half of the 10s by then, but that's nearly 3 stone so I don't know.

How exciting jess you have a holiday to look forward to! Plus a really good incentive to lose those extra pounds.
I live for my hols....only 15 weeks to go for me! cant wait & yes im counting the weeks! x

Yeah, gourmet burger kitchen. I love it and the nutritional info isn't on their website. They always e-mail me vouchers so I go fairly often! Their falafel burgers are only 11.5 which is really good for the size of it.

Twigs, I got mine off eBay, I don't go to class. £8ish, free P&P. Not much new, just a different layout. If you want to know the points for any places, just ask.

Just had dinner. Veg curry (2), rice (3). Had some skips (1.5) and a WW mini roll (2) so will probably be carrying 2.5 over.

Probably best to miss out the Mexican too at 18.5...unless of course you really need one

Great start Jess

Ouch 18 points for a burger! you would be eating dust for the rest of the day!:D

Never heard of the place meself lol - not a big burger fan though so probably why lol
Have a good day :)

Hi Jess

Just dashing by to wish you luck with your restart!

Just read your post about the 18 point burger WOW that is some sort of Beast....lol x

Well I don't eat that one fortunately! I have the falafel (11.5) or the greek lamb (14). They are HUGE though (added a picture to show :p) There's also a puy lentil one which is only 8.5 and still massive. All the veggie ones are under 10ish actually.

It doesn't really seem that much to me, probably because I'm used to fitting in McDs for lunch when I worked there. I will definitely but having a falafel burger for a treat :)

Lunch - 3 egg omelette (4.5) with cheese (2) and ham (0.5), made with a little bit of oil and spread (1)
Snack - Skips (1.5), WW shortcake (2.5)
Dinner - Salmon fishcake (3.5), beans (1) and potato croquettes (8).

24.5/22 so used up the 2.5 I saved yesterday. I think I'll try to save up some more to add to the APs I'm bound to earn Saturday (moving house) and have something nice.

That all sounds yum !
Good day Jess - well done you :)

Good luck with the restart Jess, although you appear to be doing great so far. Wow those burgers are big. Fitz, like you I am not a burger girl. I never have been?

x
