JessyG's food diary - positive and determined to shift the bulge

Hello lovelies :)

After a few cheeky days off plan (bread galore, chocolate desserts, alcohol, kebab) having finished whole30 we have both bloated and are getting back on clean eating. Today is unorganized however as we did not move off the sofa/out of bed yesterday! We were out for my besties birthday on Sat and just wanted snuggles yesterday and it was really a perfect Sunday. I also got my new glasses. Will share some weekend pics!

Eats for today: B - Greek yoghurt with maple syrup, blobs, a banana and some nuts
L - boots do this healthy salad shaker so having that with boiled eggs and rest of nuts
Pre-gym - banana and healthy peanut butter
Dinner TBC (our oven needs a filament replacing though so something that can be done on the hob)

Jessy you should be so proud babe. Not only did you completely own that whole 30 month, you are positively glowing. Your figure is INCREDIBLE! You are absolute testament to the power of healthy eating and exercise but also balance with a few treats every now and again too. You've earned every single compliment you get for how amazingly HOT you look in that dress. Enjoy it :) xxxxx

Morning beauties :)

Dinner last night was turkey in a tomato basil sauce with brown rice brocolli and kale :) Had my first protein shake in over a month too and it was delish! Bootcamp was good although Hannah is pushing me now to get my form right so lots of corrections ;)

Going to my first spin class tonight and feeling nervous - is it really hard?!

Eats for today:
B - caveman muesli (nuts, seeds, dried fruit and a dash of coconut milk) banana
L - leftover basil turkey with brown rice. Followed by an orange.
Pre-spin - slice of gluten free bread with some peanut butter and a banana
Post-spin - millionaire shortbread protein shake with dark chocolate almond milk
D - grilled pork with sweet potato mash and veggies

Anyone else gymming it today? xxxx
 
Your tea last night sounds amazing!

I know a lot of the girls on here love spin, I find the hour long sessions really hard so I used to stick to 45 min express classes. It's fun though. They used to turn all the lights out and music up!

That protein shake sounds naughty!! I'm unsure whether to include protein shake into my daily intake. I'm unsure if they can help me. Not sure if I exercise hard enough!
 
I LOVE SPIN!!! I can't wait to get the marathon out of the way so I can go back to doing 3-4 spin classes a week, I really miss it!

My advice is to take it easy... it's your first class, make sure the instructor knows so if they're drill sergeants, they can back off a bit. Take it at your own pace until you build you confidence up. Apart from that, just keep your legs going the whole time and enjoy it :)

Spin will be amaze! The key is good music and a good instructor...then you just feel like you're dancing on a bike!
Defo let them know its your first time..push yourself hard, but dont be scared to find your own way with the resistance etc to get teh most out of the class and ensure it doesnt put you off! With some moves the harder the resistance the easier it is too! Cant wait to hear how you get on!

The protein shake sounds sooooo naughty!! Are you feeling good for it this morning?!
Your brekkie has given me a craving for nuts! I think I might have to have a crack at Lils granola even though it's not 100% sw!
