Same here Susie - still cold but its lost its bite x

Morning all, it's damned cold here still. I feel fat and lethargic after 4 day of stuffing my face, time to get real and back on induction. Olivia is not impressed with the Easter Bunny, she had to go and search the garden for the eggs he'd left, it was very careless of him she says. we had all the family over for lunch today, here's a couple of pics of Olivia with y mum and also demolishing the Easter Bunny for his slackness.

Still cold out here too - been sat indoors eating for the last four days, so back to strict cc for me tomorrow

Olivia is such a cutie, it's lovely to see the pics of her changing as she gets older

Morning all, am I the only one pleased it's all over now. Same her Susie, first day of induction for me, I've put on nearly 5 pounds over the Easter Holiday.

Morning all, I forgot to weigh this morning but my jeans feel a bit looser. We've not had snow Susie, it's very bright and sunny, but the wind is Siberian, bitterly cold. I have temptation sitting staring at me, a mate of mine has just come back from visiting his Gran in Ireland and he bought me back a home baked soda bread loaf. What to do, what to do.

Can't advise re resisting the soda bread, I'm afraid - bread is my major weakness - just bought a bread machine, in fact.

Siberia - yes, a good description - same here, and not helped by the fact that I've got to leave the back door open for the knotweed removal guy...BRRRR!

Can you put the bread in the freezer Jim and have it once you've blasted the lbs away? We had an absolute blizzard yesterday, it was blowing round in circles like a snow whirlwind lol.

Glad you're shedding the extra poundage Jim. Its been SO chilly the last week or so, it makes you want to eat more x

Morning all, what a lovely weekend we had round here, nice sunshine, no sign of those Siberian winds, nice enough to get my shorts out hasn't lasted though, rain forecast for the day. The bread didn't last the day out Lisa. LOL, doesn't seem to have done much damage though, I'm very nearly back at posted weight.

Morning all, that damned wind is back, it looks nice out but it's cold. we have stinky today, not sure if we have anything planned, if it stays dry we might go to the playpark.

Thanks Gem, I get a bit blasé about it I know, but that's because over the years I've become totally confident that Atkins works for me.

Morning all, yes Susie, the kids believe in a high fibre diet, and seeing as Olivia eats what they eat most of the time, "Stinky" can be quite appropriate. Speaking of which Olivia has just pointed out to me that
"Peppa Pig's Mummy and daddy are very naughty, They are going on a picnic in their car and 1. peppa and her little brother are not in kiddie car seats, 2. Peppa's Mummy and daddy are not using seat belts. Tut Tut", now how do you answer that to a 3 year old?

Nothing much doing here, I'll walk Olivia down to play school in a minute and that's it. I'll probably walk into Sutton to the Litten Tree this afternoon and watch some cricket.
