I didn't make all my targets but managed some and it certainly pushed me by having them
To swim 300 lengths 96 lengths done/ 204 lengths to go
To walk 50 km 28.5km done/21.5km to go
To cycle 100km 130km done
To exercise 21 times 19 times done/ 2 to go
Well done Tipperary. I really think it helps to have a target. Otherwise I probably would only have done half of the walking. I was definitely more likely to try and fit in in when I was tracking it.
