3rd Jul - My BMI 27.1 Lost 4lbs - fantastic weight 12.5lbs
10 JUL- lost 1 lb first week on LL Lite - 12.4 lbs
17th JUl - Lost 3lbs 2nd week on LL lite - 12st 1lbs = 15 lost so far
24th JUl - Lost 1lb , total lost 16lbs
18 Sept - total lost 30lbs
