Good morning minis!

Im sat by our patio doors and there is just a big, strong, gorgeous rainbow out there :D What a way to start the day!

I have freshers fayre today so going in to Uni to get some freebies and pick up my NUS card. Then its lunch with hubby in town (he has half day so im meeting after he finishes work) and dash back for the kids. Im sure we can find somewhere offering up some jacket spuds and beans :rolleyes:

This week has been great/scary and not very SW friendly! I have been angelic for the last 2 days though so SW can be done during freshers week... i just decided to forget that for 3 or 4 days :eek:

Wednesday night i dragged hubby to a freshers night hypnotic show and watched a bunch of 18 year olds make complete tits off themselves. it was hysterical! They did a part of it where they all thought they were on the jeremy kyle show and that they had all been sleeping with the same man.... some of the boys were sitting weeping saying that they were really upset as they had kids with him etc... 1 was holding histummy saying 'b*****d! Im having your baby!!' and others were saying 'i dont care, hes crap in bed' etc. was so funny. I liked it at the end where she asked 1 lad if he thought he had been hypnotised for long... and he said it must have been cos he was dying to go outside for a ciggie... so she put him back under and insisted he would never want to smoke again.... i wonder if it worked? thats how i gave up smoking:D Anyways... i only had diet coke that night so i stayed good.

other nights we have eaten out or had people around but i havent strayed since i weighed in. A 3lb gain is enough to put me back on track... i expected the gain but dont want to make it worse. im pretty sure i can lose it again for next weigh-in.... it'll just mean that I am running behind on goals. ho-hum! my own doing!!

So...im having lunch out and maybe dinner out too. If i eat out tonight it will be at nandos so I can stay good, im sure of it:D

Got to dash to post office now to send ebay goodies. Made about £150 so far and have a knackered laptop and a broken down dishwasher to put on there yet. May get another £30 or so for those. good old ebay :D

i had a great night out with hubby last night. Our friend Dave was already out so he ended up with us for the night. I took along my student vouchers and they were knocking back £1.50 pints and cheap food. I had 3 drinks then carried on with diet pepsi. I remembered this morning though that I had 4 KFC popcorn chicken thingies... so I musta gone over syns... ah well! I did try to be on track and thats the main thing!

Just popping into town to get a couple of birthday pressies for our eldest and then picking up all the kids. Will eat out for lunch... again! but will be the last meal out for a while and i will make sure it is according to SW plan.

I have gotten into another pair of the next-size-down-trousers and they are nice smart dark grey ones so I have something decent to wear (as soon as I adjust the hem to account for my short-assed-ness). yay!

Off to brush my pegs and hit the town...

hello gorgeous spanx, thank you hun xxx I am really pleased as it all paid off at weigh in. I lost 4lb after last weeks gain, even though I was off plan the day before WI. YAY!!

I havent been around much but its not that I am losing motivation, its just that I am so busy at the moment and not quite into my uni stride as yet. I am gobsmacked that my timetable is as heavy as it is to be honest. I thought uni students spent 9 hours at uni and the rest drunk or sleeping! it seems in my weeks I have to do 9 hours at uni, 12 hours on placement, do my coursework AND see to the house/kids/hubby. Hubby is in for a big shock! He is going to have to take on more stuff at home and not whinge about it. not that he is a lazy whinger... he just doesnt like housework lol. So, as soon as I am in some kind of proper routine, I will be on more regularly. I will try to at least do my menu daily....

its not fair spanx... I want a 5 hours per week degree. I've been duped!

I've had yesterday off plan. I was good in the day but went out drinking and eating later. I drank loads of wkd and Jacques. Back on plan today. Had a cheese salad sarnie and banana which was both HEX options and 2 syns. Diner was sw roast spurs, lots of veggie, fatless pork and chicken with gravy. That was 3 syns so I've had a total of 5 syns.

have had a full day today at uni and my brain is fried. I got my new laptop though... yay!

My mouthy son has really gotten to me today. I think Im going to go to bed early so that I dont have to talk to him. Teenagers should be used as birth control, not pregnancy suits! Obnoxious know-it-all sod!

I managed to smash my scales today... so no more sneaky peeks for me for a while!

I had weigh-in tonight and have lost 2lbs so I am chuffed to have finally lost over 30lbs in total :D I know I am being rubbish at coming on here daily at the moment but i will get into a routine fairly soon which will allow me to get more minis time.

Ive just finished uni and have 2 essays to start (plus a million books to read) so thats my evening sorted...ugh!

We have the social worker coming today to help us with some adoption forms and we are all dead excited about that going through.

I have been a bit of a mardy cow lately with a short fuse and i think that a lack of sleep, hormones and feelings of generally being overwhelmed by life at the moment are just a few of the elements of my impending breakdown lol. Ive never done anything of this magnitude before and I am feeling the weight of the debt and workload to come. Im sure it will all click in to place before long though. Must remain positive!

Good morning Minis!

Whilst getting ready for work this morning, I decided to try on a pair of my 22s that didnt fit and they are now on like a glove. SO! 3 of the 6 pairs of size 22 bottoms now fit. In my books, that means I am officially down a size!

Gotta make the kids lunch and go but wanted to do my menu quickly...

tis my dads birthday today and my daughter has a school assembly this afternoon. I got my period last night and i am losing more and more sleep each night so i feel like death warmed up BUT theres celebrations to be had!

I got into a 4th of the 6 pairs of size 22s this morning. The other 2 are still too small but closer than before!

Im pooped. Ive been at work today and im going to go to the library as soon as my hubby gets home so I can get started on these essays. 1 of them is due in 2 weeks and I havent got a clue about the subject matter!

Ive been good on the plan. Yesterday I had jacket spud with beans, lots of fruit for brekky/lunch and in the evening I had a spag bol. All in all I had about 8 or 9 syns.
