Hi Jane... gawd it makes all the difference, doesnt it? its nice to feel refreshed for the kids for a change. Im a rubbish sleeper so tend to wake cranky... I wonder if losing weight will aid sleep? I think a lot of my prob is the diabetes (and/or age) and needing the loo so much more often because of it! I hope those girls have allowed you another lay-in this morning
no such luck for me! I woke at 6.30 and started more decluttering upstairs (hubby fell alseep on sofa watching movies with kids and i left him there last night). wish i'd never started! theres so much to do around here. we live in a small house but have a lot of stuff! twice a year I have to do a huge sweep thru and vow each time to start doing it as i go... but it never happens! christmas is the worst... decluttering old crap to make way for new crap. same clutter, different crap. see! im moaning again! i blame the lack of sleep!
My folks are relieving me of the children today so im hoping hubby and i can cut thru the garage and get it looking fab.
last night was nice. i had 3 drinks and felt a bit pished. i think i'm becoming a cheaper date! I reckon its cos my tum would be sooooo much more lined in the old days or that i used to drink so much more than i do now. when ya look back with open eyes, its kinda obvious how you got fat in the first place
my eating consisted of alchopops, crisps and takeaways. dont even think about it now really...
