Howdy all:)
Whoops - have been trying to keep up reading on my phone but not posting - seems to have been a few days:)

Lovely weekend - an unexpectedly dry fireworks night so we enjoyed the display near my parents. This is the first year that DD hasn't clung on to us - she was at the front with all the other "big" kids;) then back to my parents for a lovely stew all ready to eat on the table

Sunday was fairly lazy altho i had to spend both days of weekend catching up on email - where does it all come from? Yesterday out all day - some coaching, social lunch/coffee/drink and then a networking dinner. Quite tiring now i think about it. Up to town again today for more coaching and now looking forward to a catch up afternoon with perhaps a little nap;)

On food side - not doing too badly on the carbs although rather a few drinkies last night...oops! Still hanging in to drop some more inches - i have decided that one more size down is target so have a ordered a pair of m&s trousers so i know how far i have to go. Also will shortly need a new belt - amazing to think i need a belt at all:D

Anyhow, a bit under the weather this morning - got one of my regular sinus/stress headaches. Or at least they used to be very regular a couple of years ago but i got them under control through regular massage. Unfortunately my lady stopped april so i havent been having them since. Thought i was ok as not doing a full time job has clearly helped. Dosed up to the eyeballs now with paracetamol and will see if i can get a late massage appt today. Note to self on triggers:
Been working long hours both out and at pc at home
Missed quite a few dance classes and noticed it
Back is aching
Didnt have the nap i know i needed yesterday - stayed working at email...sigh

At least today is all relaxed - meeting friend in richmond, dance class, meeting friend for tea - i shall avoid my desk like the plague!

Afternoon all:)
Feeling a bit better today - just a lingering low level ache so hopefully that will fade. Managed to get 30 min massage last night which really loosened my neck up (cause or effect - who can say!) Luckily todays lunch appt cancelled - so although ive been up to town for a meeting this morning now back home and enjoying a lovely lunch of chicken, mayo and salad.

Plans for the afternoon - a bit of email (or 'ill stress about that!), a nap and some reading. Then off to belly dancing tonight - will have to be a bit careful as we are doing halidji at moment - also called the hair dance! Not sure mad swinging of hair will be a good idea but the warm up will be really useful;)

Morning all:D

Head still a problem which us starting to be annoying! Just have to hang in there and hope it improves....

In the meantime to cheer me up, the scales have improved - 1.3kg off last week so now at lowest weight for many, many years. Even more importantly - my "target" pair of size 16 trousers arrived from m&s yesterday and i can get them on AND do them up! Not ready to wear them yet as cant actually move very much;). Rekon therefore im about an inch from target.............this can be done before christmas!!!!!

Wow Katie!!! That is amazing!!! You must be delighted with the size 16!!! You'll definitely do it by Christmas!! Go Katie! (always wanted to be a cheer leader! ) lol
