Ive no idea hun I wish I could help with a reply. I rarely have a binge these days but when I do/did something has normally happened to trigger it! Maybe its the disappointment with being messed about by the hospital? and the uncertainty of when your op will happen?

Mine is usually a big gain or boredom thats when I am most likely to binge or as we discussed in class have my "tipping" point.

Yep I was looking at my stats on the monthly challenges u and daz do and feb march I had amazing losses. but from April its gone downhill and that was when I was supposed to have my Op :( when they changed it the first time, then 2nd time they changed it in May, it seems to have thrown me off :sigh: xx

I don't know what I was doing different , Kay and I did the challenges feb & march , but we also did them April & May,

Morning everyone :rolleyes:, well I braved it and stepped on the scales this morning to see the damage after this weekend. They are showing a 3lb gain. Can't exactly feel sorry for myself, pizza and ben & jerry's are not part of any slimming plan ...... oh how I wish they were :p !

Oh well will face it at group tomorrow, then will draw the line and start a new week. So I'm going to continue with my off plan day today, will try not to go too crazy, don't want to turn 3lbs in to a 4lb gain overnight :eek: .

Good for you for still wanting to go to group tomorrow and get the gain over with :) Draw a line and start again, I know you can do it. Go back to basics, plan your meals and maybe eat different things? To mix it up a bit? xx
 
Could it be the fact that your op has been postponed twice now that is messing with your head - you will be better once that gets sorted out for you. In the meantime just go back to basics - you know the plan and have done so Well and are nearly there.

Thanks Em's, me and PS seem to be going through the same thing lol, your the only one in the Tuesday team that's doing well for us :D . Yep I hope to start fresh again this week. Good luck for tomorrow hun, hope u have a super loss ! xx
