:) Oh god Kay. Don't ask! 3lbs on!!! :-( I could have cried when I got on the scales. 1 night off drinking and a Mcdonalds the next day (hungover) did so much damage!! But.... straight back on it today with a serious kick up the backside. Feeling pretty bloated and miserable though :-( xx

Oh no, sorry to hear about your gain KMD, hugs :). I hope you feel better. We all have times when we have blips, but as long as you draw a line and are straight back on it you'll be fine hun. And from the sounds of it you are :p . I'm sure you will lose those 3lbs next week. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day hun. At least you don't have to stress now you can relax and weigh in out of the way, my stresses have just started for tomorrow :rolleyes: .

No point stressing over tomorrow, it's done, you can't change it now, so focus on positive things like making a plan for the week ahead and all the yummy things you're going to have :) xx

Thanks for the words of inspiration Kay :). I can do this! And so can you. Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Not sure where you're from but there seems to be loads of bugs going around in our area. Try and sleep for a bit and hopefully you will pull round in a bit. Have you eaten enough? I always feel sick and dizzy if I haven't eaten very much that day. Feel better soon! xxx

Gains are always tough aren't they? Glad ur back on plan - try to put it down to experience and look fwd to a loss next wk - easy to say harder to do I know from bitter experience!!

Sorry ur not feeling well - ur doing the best thing to get better - I think everyone's weight loss journey includes at least one gain and most of us have many more - so try to go with the flow which fits in with ur 'new' attitude - ur already back on plan and will be all next week so try to focus on that stonking great loss - and check out ur stats on the hour every hour!! take carex
 
Thanks everyone :), I took a nap and then woke up and had something to eat. Don't know if the weakness is because I'm taking less calories than last week :confused: but anyway I filled up my plate and am feeling better now. After having some sleep I also feel less tense and more relaxed about tomorrow. Must be the camomile tea I'm drinking :p . I didn't have any energy to make my soup, will do that tomorrow. I hope you're all having a lovely Monday .

I hope your feeling a little better this evening, really think this changing weather is doing us all in. Felt a little giddy myself yesterday had a doze and woke up up fine.
Im very proud of your "less stress monday" attitude, its really not worth it mate when you know you can get to the destination in the end. Good luck tomorrow damage limitation is the key at the moment. X

Aww thanks so much Bubbles your really making me feel better already :) . I know what you mean about the giddy feeling, I felt like that too this morning. Lucky after taking a nap I felt better. Yep your right there is no point in stressing, espesh when I know its a gain lol :p . I hope I can have a loss like you next week, need to work hard after tomorrow to get this excess weight off. Hope your having a lovely evening bubbles.

I've just started watching this as well as Supersize, Superskinny, oh and My 600lb body (or something like that) Acc told me about it, that programme is amazing, I love these weight related programs which are on they brill x

Me too Michelle, but my favourite of them all is Chris Powells Extreme Weightloss. Whenever I want to turbo charge my focus, I watch it, he is a fab personal trainer !
