Week 6 - Fri 1st March

Breakfast
2 Weetabix/water/banana
Lunch
Mugshot/ww yog
Supper
Baked pots cooked in slow cooker/baked beans/salad
Hex A - 350ml s milk
Hex B - Weetabix x 2
Snacks - 2 satsuma/apple
Syns
3 ww angel slices - 12
More vodka I'm afraid!

Well, in slow cooker for 2hrs on high, then 5 hrs on slow while I was at work. Still not cooked! ate one on the firm side as I was so hungry!! Have left 3 in there for another couple of hours. Think I prefer them baked and skins bit crispy.
 
Not something to try then Kayte? not when you can do them in the microwave then crisp them in the oven in an hour?

Had the mushy pea curry tonight with chicken, best recipe ever!! lol x

Not at all hopeful for a loss this week, have got very stressed with work issues, and drank vodka 2 nights in a row!

Home made veg soup/side salad
Muller lite yog
Supper
Home made shep pie - lots of veg
Hex A- 350ml s milk
Hex B -2 weetabix
Snacks - satsuma/grapes/2 muller/banana
Syns -
Freddo - 5
Options hot choc - 2
sw choc pud - 2
Total - 9

Your food bits look ok, how much voddie did you have? You may be ok if its just a few shots. im not a big drinker can take it or leave it but i love the sweet stuff. Enjoy the rest of the weekend x

Curly wurly - 6
Total - 15
Soooooo, fancied chocolate tonight - a box of black magic would have been deliciously delightful!!

Fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow morning :fingerscrossed:

Week 7 - Monday 4th March

So relieved - a 1lb loss for me this week, so still going down!! Total now 8.5 - heading towards my first stone :bunnydance:

Super speed tomato soup - not tried this one yet. With side salad.
Mullerlite
Supper
Home made mushy pea curry/brown rice - going to try the cauliflour curry later in week.
Hex A - 350ml s milk
Hex B - Porridge
Snacks - 2 satsuma/apple/fresh pineapple
Syns - 4 p/w - 10
