SW BBQ chicken pasta bake* (3.5 syns *) (from Trim with Tan’s YouTube channel (brilliant and worth checking out)

Skinny syrup in coffee
100ml skimmed milk on top of allowance 1.5 syns ( left over from yesterday’s allowance)

*cheese topping on pasta bake- I had to syn this as I’d already used milk as my Hex a- I used 80g (total 12 syns) for the whole dish and it serves 4 so 20g each(3 syns per portion) otherwise free if using cheese as your Hex a. I used Morrisons 50%reduced fat grated cheddar

I counted 3.5 syns as once cheese melted, kind of difficult to accurately measure although I did measure it out before!!

dinner- chicken stew - followed the chicken stew - Hunters chicken stew youtube video very easy and tasty 0 syns!

Total syns 17.5 , but I was well under yesterday so I don’t feel too guilty

Need to work out my syns for the week as it’s weih in day tomorrow!!!

Just calculated my total syns for the week **drum roll/cymbal crash **
105syns out of a possible 105 so bang on my syns allowance for the week!! Phew!!:eek::rolleyes: Yippee!!! :D:D

I was so sure I was going to be over my total syns for the week so relieved I’m not!! Good week all things considered, need to watch my syns on a daily basis though as I’ve been over a couple of times and I know better than that, considering this is my third foray into sw, but I’m sure we’ve all done it. Just hoping for a good result later this morning with my weigh in, fingers crossed!!!

Update 1.3 lbs off !! Whoohoo go me!! :woohoo:

I forget her name but I know if you put in on youtube 'Syn Free Slimming World Hunters Chicken Stew 'it will come up.. very tasty and I added a bit of tumeric which she didnt mention. It was beautiful!

Homemade soup-butternut squash, carrot parsnip and potato with cumin, smoked paprika, chipotle chilli flakes and veg stock cube
1 x Homemade egg muffin (6 eggs small cartonfat free cottage cheese with chives, peas sweet corn, green pepper and ham . Makes 12 muffins,( free) Baked in oven for 30 mins)
Brooklea raspberry and cranberry yoghurt (1 syn)


Dinner BBQ chicken pasta bake
Steamed vegetables
Morrisons 50% reduced fat grated cheddar (topping on pasta bake) 3.5 syns

Hi Kazz43 sounds like you had a bit of a blow out but hey every journey will have a bump in the road so just take it as a learning curve and it will iron its self out.
I have been trying to do the diet for a few weeks but hubby works away and then comes home n all my good intentions go out of the window, it happens but its a case of get back on and set yourself onto the right course once more.
As a result of being a YoYo dieter for many years with my weigh going up each time (was a size 12/14 now 18)I'm now going to write down mt foods every day and be accountable for the choices I now make.
Hope you get your course for 9st12lbs back on track n Good Luck :)

Thanks , I haven’t seen it yet but I’m using Trim with Tans recipe and using it as a slow cooker casserole mix for dinner tonight, yum yum
