Douwe Egbert smooth caramel flavour coffee (free) with milk from allowance and 1.5 tbsp Jordan’s skinny syrup (free) nommity nom :D
Pic shows a muller light yoghurt which I didn’t eat in the end as I was feeling so full!! And the two slices of bread but I could only manage 1 !!

Slimming world burgers - 2 burgers, made from scratch using 250g lean 5% fat British beef mince from sw website recipe omg they were gorgeous :D:cool:
1 reduced fat Cathedral city cheddar cheese slice divided between two burgers-(3 syns per slice)

Thanks!! I’m going to be making beef chilli today for dinner tonight, piccies later, also weigh in day today, really hoping for a good result as I’ve stayed on plan 100% this week and (apart from yesterday at work) I’ve been drinking water more than I ever have before!!! Fingers crossed!!

Weigh in today (Thursday so posting this food diary retrospectively and hoping for a decent result, been on plan all week too!! Last week I was off plan a number of days and lost 1.5 lb!! I’ll be a tad miffed if I’ve not lost anything after a week on plan :oops:)

Good Luck for weigh in, I'm sure you'll have a great loss. I'm also cooking a chilli tonight, need that warming stodge of pasta's and potato stew's this time of year.

Your food yesterday looks amazing :)
My bolognaise was ok but not as good as using mince beef, I had left overs to freeze and one for my lunch today, I may add some chilli to it to give a little pazzaz lol

Thanks!!what cuts of meat did you use then? I always use 5% fat minced beef it’s a bit dearer but worth it and free on sw :eating::greenapple:

Not a great day emotionally wise today, I’ve been very worried about my mum’s leg (she has ulcers and twice weekly dressings at the surgery but it’s a slow process given her age, frailty and diabetes) I was very tearful at work, though I’m lucky to have very supportive colleagues who were very kind yesterday, so the chocolate came out last night, but I only had 4 squares!! Before sw I would probably have had 9 or 10 !!

Here’s hoping that Tuesday will be better on all fronts !!

Your doing amazing with your food Hun, I realised on mine for the first 4 days I only had a couple of syns then last 2 days quite a few but still under the 105
Probably around 50 no more x weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed for a loss (will be upset if no loss)
