I have just made Teeny's chocolate ganache and added whipped cream. Oh. My. GOD. This is incredible!
I got it as 2.8 carbs.
WELL WORTH IT!
Just had a look on mfp, think I'll go buy some. My tesco stuff is 19g carb per 100g. Tesco used to do value reduced fat which was really low carb
I was as good as gold, as though Dr Atkins himself were watching me! Stuck to plan and I went out last night with my friends. Had a really really good time and to boost my confidence I felt really good in my black skinny jeans. Got chatted up by a lovely guy (who I did turn down!) but it's nice to be ogled a bit isn't it? I had 4 vodka and diet cokes and about 4 soda waters. I danced, drank, chatted and danced some more! It was great!!!
My friend got a McDonald's on the way home and I didn't even pinch a chip, I had none. When I got home I had a slice of boiled ham with some pesto cream cheese inside. That is delicious stuff. So all in all good food day and good day in general x

The asparagus I whap in the pan with butter before I add the eggs and cheese. It's delicious!
No it's one I get from tesco, it's called yum! It's only medium fat but I adore it.

MFP has it has 1.1grams carbs per 30g.
I melt it, add single creams and pour over fresh baby spinach ! Delicious!
Yeh I could make my own too - never thought of it. I'm going to try and make my first flax bread/mim today. I've done one week of Atkins and I have about 7-10lbs to lose to get to goal... Maybe increase my carbs a bit?
I lost so much the week before I did atkins that the induction period is so slow. Hmmmm, maybe read my book again and see what's what!
Been a bit testing today.
I went out last night and have been tired all day. Ended up with me eating more than I should (all legal though)
Breakfast - mushroom, asparagus, cheese omelette.
Snack - ganache and whipped cream
Lunch - tuna mayo with half avocado and spring onion.
Tea - gammon with broccoli, cauli and a tad of homemade gravy (made with apples I was later told..., dammit!)
Snack - made flax bread and had 4 slices with butter and cheese.
So it's all atkins friendly but I can't work out the carbs so it's a right off day and start again tomorrow!
I'm back at work tue and need to work out quick breakfast and dinners I can take to school - microwave/fridge etc.
Maybe it's not a good idea for me to make batches of the stuff, just make what I want to eat that day because the flax bread is now calling me.
