Yesterday didnt go too well! Weighed in again today n still 10 st 11 so I'll get weighed next thur again.

Took dog for a jog/ walk 5.45 miles, 545 cals! .. Most exercise I've done in a while!

Had porridge for breakie, think I'm going to have Philly light on sesame riveta for lunch with cucumber sticks and crabsticks. Working tonight so t will prob b jacket pot tuna salad xx

Right day one pro points again!!

Breakfast - oat so simple with s/k milk - 6 ( didnt think it would b this much)
Milk in teas - 3pp

Lunch - cinnamon n raisin bagel with half banana - 7pp ( didnt want a full one cos I'm having one with Yog for desert ton)

T - jacket pot with beans - 14pp

Snack- banana n Yog - 1pp

Really annoyed that it worked out at 14 pp but I was at work. Only had frozen jackets that worked out at 7pp, full fat butter n branston baked beans ( alcho these are the nicest)

390 cals burnt - 4 mile walk / jog. Was aiming for more but started chucking it down xx

I have tried slim world a few times. Did it yrs ago n lost about st n half. Did it again a couple month back for a wk n lost 3.5lb. I do like it but its not always convenient with me wiring late at work. xx

yea I kno what you mean since iv been doing it again my kitchen is always full of dishes but im in the right place for it. Give ww a proper go. plan your meals for the week and only buy what you need no little extras. iv always said you shouldn't live your life by a diet but if you need to loose weight you can then at the end have a treat. its the hardest thing to do!. iv been thru so much and battled everything but my diet! im sure you can do it so come on pull ya finger out ;) xxx

Haha thanks chick. I've started cal counting again today ( I know back n forth) went for a walk/ jog n burnt 400 cals. Just need to get the food bit right. I cal counted before Xmas n got down to 9 st 13! Depressing to think I'm almost a st heavier! I know I can do it. So mad with myself last night, I was good all day n it got to 11pm n I binged! stupid girl! Doesn't help that I'm so skint at min. Roll on pay day in two wk's. Xxx
