Trying this green tea malarkey! had it before n only managed one cup cos I didn't like it. Bought the twinings flavoured ones. Had a cranberry one and a apple n pear, not too bad either. Not that fruity but they don't taste as strong. Hoping they speed up my metabolism x
I tried green tea, as a non coffee and tea drinker it was a challenge! The taste was vile but I got use to it but I've given up on it now its probably not worth the pain!!! X

So I haven't been doing great at this healthy eating lark, good days n bad so I'm sticking at the same weight. I was going to join back up at weight watchers but then decided to join a gym instead. There is a new one that's opened ten min walk from me, 15£ a month off peak which suits my shifts fine. I've got my induction tomorrow. I can't afford to join ww and a gym so I thought I'd work on my fitness n toning up n hopefully I'll get into some kind of healthy eating that lasts longer than a day at a time.
Today's food
Yog n banana
Boiled eggs on ryvitas
Carrot n suede mash with chicken ( nando's rub) n broccoli
Whereabouts do you buy paprika rice cakes from? X
Do you have the WW Books? I restarted on Friday and am just doing it from home as I can't afford the meetings. X
Yeh I have all the books, I've done ww on n off for ages now so I know the plan. Just trying healthy eatin at the mo xx
Have u heard of home bargains? If so they do them there. I think their only 79p x
