I'm cal counting at the mo really in between that and terriann123 I think trying not to eat back all of my exercise cals is better

Food intake for today -

Breakfast - weetabix n milk

Lunch - banana sandwich on wholemeal bread

Dinner - admirals fish pie

U have about 200 cals remaining so will have a Yog n something later at work
 
Had all my 1200 cals today n not gone over.,not done any exercise today, went to take the dog out but it started pouncing it down with rain! ( poor bob) so I have no more cals to dib into! I must keep drinking water to keep hunger at bay x x
 
well done sticking under cals, it is hard the first few days but once u get your head round cals of some foods it gets easier x

Trying this green tea malarkey! had it before n only managed one cup cos I didn't like it. Bought the twinings flavoured ones. Had a cranberry one and a apple n pear, not too bad either. Not that fruity but they don't taste as strong. Hoping they speed up my metabolism x
 
Went out for a slow walk with the dog n oh this morning, burnt 390 cals. Had the urge to go out again so did a 3 mile jog 330 cals .. 720 cals smashed! :) feel good now xx

I tried green tea, as a non coffee and tea drinker it was a challenge! The taste was vile but I got use to it but I've given up on it now its probably not worth the pain!!! X

Haha I know what u mean. I do enjoy a few cups of t a day. Trying to limit myself to 1 tho cos I think I'm drinking far too much milk. The twinings flavoured ones are a lot more palatable cos there aren't as strong. I've had three so far today n that's good me for xx

Snacks - Kalllo rice cake, hint if chilli

1125 cals - will have a Special K bar later this eve

So I haven't been doing great at this healthy eating lark, good days n bad so I'm sticking at the same weight. I was going to join back up at weight watchers but then decided to join a gym instead. There is a new one that's opened ten min walk from me, 15£ a month off peak which suits my shifts fine. I've got my induction tomorrow. I can't afford to join ww and a gym so I thought I'd work on my fitness n toning up n hopefully I'll get into some kind of healthy eating that lasts longer than a day at a time.

Boiled eggs on ryvitas

Carrot n suede mash with chicken ( nando's rub) n broccoli

Yeh I have all the books, I've done ww on n off for ages now so I know the plan. Just trying healthy eatin at the mo xx

Well done on joining the gym. I couldn't live without mine now and find it really keeps me motivated so hope it will do for you too. I couldn't do exercising at home too many distractions and its nice to have some me time with 2 little ones!
