hello im over here from the CalCount forums, ive been on every diet but CC is the only one that has worked for me (ive lost 3st so far since september and going strong!) but im always popping over to WW as ive done it before and its good to get some tips and ideas! really good luck with CC, i cant recommend it more.xx

Wow 3st since sep! That's brilliant! I'll follow u on here then. It's nice to hear some success stories with dieting! I'm at bridesmaid in sep so I need to stick with it. Xx

I think cc just simplifies it all, eat less do more. I go to the gym 3 times a week and been sticking to 1500 but that's cos I had a long way to go!! I'm stepping it up a bit now as I want as much of the next 3 stone off by this September! So lowering my cals a bit. I've been all over the place for about a month now with lots of different events and things going on and managing to stay the same ish but it's now only 81 days till my hols so no more messing!!! X

Yes I agree and too b honest when I'm calorie counting I seem to exercise more because I like to see all the cals I've burnt. I'm also on mfp so it makes me feel good when i add my exercise cals on there. The thing I need to get out of doing tho is eating all my exercise cals, kinda defeats the object. Just nice to know I can have a treat tho n not go over my cals. xx
 
I'm calorie counting too Kerry just to try and reign myself back in as I've been off the rails for 2 months with all the exercise!!

How many cals do u give urself? You do quite a bit of exercise tho don't you so I bet u can't really tell you've been off the rails. Where as I've been off both n my belly feels massive. I've been walking the dog quite a few miles this wk tho and I def feel better for it x x
 
I don't eat mine back but I do allow myself an extra 100 which I use on a protein shake x

Just had colemans rustic chicken in a bag. Chicken, new potatoes sliced, carrots n green beans all in the bag. Mmm so nice xx
 
My weight has shot right up to 10 st 9.5, my face/chin feels bigger and I feel sluggish but still fit in my clothes... Just lol x

I've gone up to 10 st 12! my clothes feel tight! Had to jump up n down other day to get my jeans on :-0 fatty! So depressing to think that I got down to 9 st 13 before Xmas :-( xx
