Well done on joining the gym. I couldn't live without mine now and find it really keeps me motivated so hope it will do for you too. I couldn't do exercising at home too many distractions and its nice to have some me time with 2 little ones!

Joined back at a meeting today, I'm so crap at going alone! ... Would u say 1 AP is roughly 70 cals? I know I few people work it out this way x

Yeh I joined up this morning so started today. Good plan is just basically healthy stuff - ie wholemeal bread, pasta rice, skimmed milk ect lean meats. Having carrot n suede mash, chicken breast with nando's lemon rub n broc for tea. Had it last wk n really enjoyed it x x

Yeh I know a point is 40 cals but exercise wise I think the cals work out more for a point. I'm going to double it to be on the safe side xx
