Today's weight - 10st 12.5 ( never to be seen again)

Burnt 1035 cals with gym n walking dog, doing 80 cals per ap so - 12 ap earnt! ( go me) :-D

Breakfast - ww peanut bar - 2pp

Lunch - 2 poached eggs on whole meal toast - 10pp

Dinner - carrot n suede mash - 4pp
Chicken breast - 4pp
Nando's lemon rub - 1pp
Broccoli - 0pp

Milk in teas - 3pp
Ww orange bar - 2pp
Banana - 0pp

Wow you 'bought' a lot of food for your 26pp! I love the sound of a WW Peanut Bar, I love all things nutty mmmmmmmmm. X PS-Do you out butter or milk in your mash as those two things would normally be 0pp wouldn't they? X

the peanut bars are lovely, got them from my meeting. Could only have one box tho ( boo)!

I bought the pre- packed carrot n suede mash from asda. It's a 500g pack so half is plenty. 1.50 a pack. I usually buy the ww carrot n suede mash but they didnt have it in last wk so I stumbled across the asda one. It's not a low fat one either. It has 150 cals per half pack. The ww one is 184 cals n more fat too. I think u get a bit more in the asda one n obv it's cheaper xx

Wow, that just goes to show that it's worth working it out as WW isn't always lowest, it's like I have the normal 2pp crisps rather than the WW 2pp crisps as they are normally cheaper and much more filling.x

Yeh I know a point is 40 cals but exercise wise I think the cals work out more for a point. I'm going to double it to be on the safe side xx

Really hungry Ton with being up since 4.30 for work. Just used some weeklies on some weetabix, thought they would fill me a bit n stop me reaching for rubbish x x

Why do bloody periods make u so hungry!! Had quite a few weeklies ton. Had my t n was still hungry. Had ham sarni n penguin. Think I'm on 24 weeklies now! Must control myself now xx

Bought the Nutella spread not thinking that a 15g portion wouldn't go far! So used 4pp on that! Grrr xx
 
Aiming to drink all my 2 litres today, prob will be a bit more cos I drank a fair bit in the gym and I have a big 2litre bottle. Half way down. Also drank 2 green teas! :) here I come summer bod! Xx
