Right so I know I've been faffing a bit just lately, weighed this morning n saying just a pound down. I've got a feeling all the gym is going to play havoc with the scales. I don't mind how slow it goes down aslong as it does. I just don't want to pay weekly for the scales to go down that slow. I feel miles better already so I'm betting I've lost inches.... So I've decided I'm just gonna stick with the gym n do ww from home. Plus the meeting is a pain to get to on a tue morning! xx
Hey beauty!!! NO!!! Keep going to classes it will keep u focused, honestly!! The gym does play with the scales but only for a few weeks and once you're into your gym routine you will see the scales drop. Even if you lose half a pound or sts for the first few weeks, it's better than a gain. You're sooooo like me kez, I think u should stay xxxxxxxx

I have tried slim world a few times. Did it yrs ago n lost about st n half. Did it again a couple month back for a wk n lost 3.5lb. I do like it but its not always convenient with me wiring late at work. xx

I was going gym before Christmas but it mucked up my losses... so I stopped will rejoin once im in the tens!!... feels like sooo long ago I was in the 9s I need to get back there
been reading ur diary, do you think ww simply filling would suit you better, jacket potato & beans, tuna are free & you can have pp days as & when you want, but i think sf days you tend to choose healthier stuff to eat as its free(its not just fruit & veg either) i love it and if im out i just have a pp day, sk milk & proper porrige is free to with one teaspoon of gs x
