I was doing great until I went over my weeklies last night :-/ .. Got to stick to 26 now till weigh in xx
 
Bought the Nutella spread not thinking that a 15g portion wouldn't go far! So used 4pp on that! Grrr xx

Have you tried the Choc Philli Sweetie? Hear loads of the girls on here talking about it so thinking it must be quite low in PP. x

I just think chocolate and cheese is a bit weird but then I don't understand sweet and sour or pineapple on pizza lol x
 
Right so I know I've been faffing a bit just lately, weighed this morning n saying just a pound down. I've got a feeling all the gym is going to play havoc with the scales. I don't mind how slow it goes down aslong as it does. I just don't want to pay weekly for the scales to go down that slow. I feel miles better already so I'm betting I've lost inches.... So I've decided I'm just gonna stick with the gym n do ww from home. Plus the meeting is a pain to get to on a tue morning! xx

Hey beauty!!! NO!!! Keep going to classes it will keep u focused, honestly!! The gym does play with the scales but only for a few weeks and once you're into your gym routine you will see the scales drop. Even if you lose half a pound or sts for the first few weeks, it's better than a gain. You're sooooo like me kez, I think u should stay xxxxxxxx

Make sure you let us know what you decide to do Sweetie, I didn't find the meetings any help to me which is why I do it from home now but everyone is different. X PS-I totally agree that it can take time with the gym to see the results on the scales, I only got back down to the 7s last year once I'd been going to the gym for a good couple of months. X

I know I don't know either, just been thinking on the money side of things. Cost me 1.50 to Park up then the netting fee aswel as me buying bars ect.. It's like 40£ a month 480£ a yr eeeekkk!! With me going gym I don't to pay all that money out for it not to reflect on the sales xx
 
yeah... weekdays I was.. then weekend were just not going right.. I lost it with weight watchers before didn't I ... must be able to again just need to get into it x

Yeh wk ends are a bit of a killer for me too. I joined a gym a couple wk's back and feel a bit better for the exercise. Just need to get the food bit spot on xx
 
I have tried slim world a few times. Did it yrs ago n lost about st n half. Did it again a couple month back for a wk n lost 3.5lb. I do like it but its not always convenient with me wiring late at work. xx

been reading ur diary, do you think ww simply filling would suit you better, jacket potato & beans, tuna are free & you can have pp days as & when you want, but i think sf days you tend to choose healthier stuff to eat as its free(its not just fruit & veg either) i love it and if im out i just have a pp day, sk milk & proper porrige is free to with one teaspoon of gs x

try the chocolate philly its so nice and doesn't taste like cheese just chocolate, you can have 30g (thats a 6th of tub) for 2pp, i have it on crumpets x
 
I was going gym before Christmas but it mucked up my losses... so I stopped will rejoin once im in the tens!!... feels like sooo long ago I was in the 9s I need to get back there :( :( :(

You will get there hun, think we just want it to happen over night n it takes time xx

Yeh I might give it a go. I think I'm going to try n go it alone tho without the meetings. I'm a bridesmaid in sep for my best mate, last fitting in 6 wk's so I'm hoping that will keep me going.

I had te choc Philly before, couldn't quite make my mind up if I liked it! Haha think I'll get some in tomorrow n try it again. Xx
 
Burnt a massive 1136 cals today! Combination of gym and walking the dog! :) xx
