Thanks everyone! .. Not having a takeaway dubchick, been out n about so bought a take out sandwich from m n s earlier ( how boring) just had a glass of wine at my friends n will prob munch on something when I get home xx

Well done on your loss babe that's fantastic :) don't worry about tonights intake! I find when I weigh in at night I am starving by the time ww is over!! So I need naughty food ha last night had battered sausage and chips and packet of crisps was amazing!! I dont tend to sound PP after wi just start fresh on the Wednesday :)

thanks star, I always plan on just having a few naughty things but then get the taste n can't stop! Haha I never usually point on wi night either, will just start afresh tomorrow. I'm goin out for a meal fri anyway so I need my weeklies for that! :) xx

thursday 13th oct

todays food intake wasnt ver good, had quite a snacky day. eat loads more weeklies than i wanted to, goin out for a meal either tod or sun so thats all my weeklies used. really got to try n stick to 29 for the other days! :eek:

just realised looking at my diary i never had lunch yesterday, i knew i was having fajita's for tea so i decided just to have little snack instead, big mistake cos i never stopped snacking all day! so basically i should have had lunch then prob only gone over by a few, haha

breakfast - toasted bagel with flora light n jam = 8
milk in tea = 3

dinner - fajita's n wedges = 20

snacks - ww bar = 2
2 celebrations = 3
raisons = 2
frostie bar = 3
couple chocs = 2
party rings = 3

46/29 :(
17/49 weeklies used

on a brighter note tho i did do 30 day shred dvd :)

That's not too bad and u did the DVD which is great!I've had day off from DVD today although if I have time later I'll do it.how did u find the DVD today?getting easier yet?cx
