well yesterday was a disastrous day food wise, into the minus weeklies now! oops! didnt do too bad eating out at tgi's as i was quite full halway through main with having a starter so left quite a bit. went to pics after n got a large bag of revels! devoured the lot before the night was out! so here goes fridays diary!

breakfast - 2x belvita yog biscuits = 6
milk in tea = 3
fruit pack with apple n pear = 0


lunch / dinner at tgi's - sesame chicken strips = 14
steak n philly cheese ciabatta n chips ( was 36 but left quite a bit ) = 30
revels at pics = 18

71/29 :(

yeh exactly, n i bloody enjoyed it! haha hope it does kick start although i feel really podgy today! xx
 
Mmm I love meatballs, not had them in ages! gonna b hard stickin to 29 till wed but goin to try my best xx

snacks = 1 mini milky way choc = 1
ww yog = 1
dairy lee dunks = 3

Just discovered sundried Tom Philly n it's lovely! 1 pp for 30g n 3 cracker bread at 1 pp! Lovely snack for 2 pp! :) x

Havent tried that one ! Bt my fav is garlic n herb as reminds me of roule! Dunno if u have ever had it but its yummmyyy x
 
Hi I'm here to follow i hope you don't mind your diary looks great to and your doing well keep up the good work and it will go in know time. I'm at the same target as you I want to get to 9 stone but that will be a miricle if I get to that for me lol.
 
more the merrier chug, i cant remember the last time i saw 9 st something on the scales, must have been about 16 haha! xx

mmm that one sounds nice too!! don't know why but always thought philly would b quite high. worked it out for double n makes it 3 pp so will stick to 30g for 1pp :) xx

Lol that was the same as me I think I was about 18 when I last saw it. The closest I've seen it was 9 and 1/2 stone and that was in April this year but that was only because I was not very well and I wasn't aloud to eat for a couple of days. I don't fancy doing it that way again lol. x x
