Yeh it's exercise DVD, only last 20 mins! Levels 1 to 3! Still on level one! Haha works u quite hard in the 20 mins tho. Gillian micheals does it who did biggest loser xx
 
I got it off amazon for 5. 99 , jillian michaels 30 day shred! Got her on front with a redish background x

Ha ha ha.. Had written out "yer one gillian from" and drew a blank.. Cudn think what it was she was on.. Wrecked my head for ages tryna think so just had to leave it at 'an exercise dvd' ha ha ha

Monday's food diary

Breakfast - belvita Yog biscuits = 6
Milk in tea = 2

Lunch - peppers stuffed with wild rice, spring onion, sundried Tom Philly n tomatoes = 8

Tea - peppered grill steak = 5
New pot = 4
Light salad cream = 1
Salad = 0

Snacks - ww fruit crumble = 2
Ww hot choc = 1

It is good! I'm goin to attempt level 2 later :-0! First time I did level one I could barely walk the stairs, haha second day it was murder to sit on toilet! haha but the way I see it if u can feel it then it's working :) x

Good luck for level two!!it's tough but good!!did mine this morning!starting to notice flatter tum already and my friends hav commented,so it's def working!!!cx
