Right can anyone help? bought some diced beef today for a stew on Sunday! The cals per 100 g are 772!! :-0 so thought this would b loads of points, worked it out with prot carbs ect n it says it's only 4??? Confused! X
 
Well I just had a look online n most diced beef is no more than 200 cals do I think it's a misprint! Haha thought it seemed a lot! Xx

I don't usually include wednesdays food intake into my weeklies, usually just have a day off but i'm counting them this wk. i'm not far off into the 9's so i don't want to over do it!

wednesday 19th oct

Breakfast - toasted bagel with jam n butter = 9
milk in tea's = 3

Lunch -4x crackerbread with sweet chilly light philly = 4

Tea- jacket pot = 6
butter = 2
peppercorn sauce = 3
steak = 5

Snacks - mini mars = 4
quavers =2
ww bar = 2
2x crumpets n butter = 6
sugar in tea = 2
