Achh to tell you the truth Kerry when I'm away for the weekend I don't even try to count or keep track. Lifes to short sometimes....you know.

Nothing planned this weekend so I'll get whatever is on off again then! In this for the long haul and we can't be good the whole time, life would be boring. You are doing fab anyway and look fantastic xx

I don't count when I'm away either , can't b getting the calculator out every two min. Oh would go mad, haha it drives him mad when I do it in the asda!
Back on track now tho, I just get so close to being under ten n fail, I've got to keep goin xx

I hate the time it takes to work out PP's when out shopping so I hav a quick look at the cals n do the divide by 40 thing.. Gives me a general idea of how many something will be, then I check it properly at home if I've bought it :D

lunch / tea - stew and dumplings with mashed pot = 17 ( prob over estimated but rather do that than under estimate )

snacks - ww fruit crumble = 2

Mmm your weekend off sounds delish Kez...i seem to keep doing the same myself, going off track at the weekends and losing and putting on the same two pounds! Been trying to get to 9stone 7lb forever! Just got to keep trying, well done on getting back on track :) x

Hiya girls, well the back on track didn't last long! Well n truly spiralled again today! Don't know what's up with me! Think it's cos I'm not goin to wi this wk, Gonna pics early wed cos I'm up at 4 for work thur. Prob a cop out aswel cos I've been bad! Usually if the oh mentions goin out on wi day I'd point blank say no, but cos I've been bad i said yes! I need some words of wisdom to get me back on track?? if I can I want to stick to 29 from tomorrow till wk on wed wi, well other than the drinking i' do sar night when I'm out but the 49 will cover that! HELP :-( xx
 
Ohhh:( dont worri just start a fresh tomorrow and dont worry keep to 29 and then weds is a new week :)

Kicks your bum hard lol Only joking. Come on Kezz you are doing so well you can do this I know you can like Hollie says wed is a new week for you just start again as if you just started WW. You will loose on your next WI because you will I think I can't let chug down I need to show I can do this lol. Only teasing don't do it for me do it for yourself if you want to do it you will do it. But like I said before don't worry about having a week off it does you good to have some time off. I'm sure we are entitled to a holiday a least once a year lol.

Yep defo , everyone needs a bit of a break every now and then! Im hard at it until next thurs(mybirthday) im not gnna count points just gnna have gd time eat n drink hehe... In sure u will get bk on track just fink of where u wanna be :)
