B - Trio packet of melon with ww yoghurt

L - baked potato with cottage cheese & spring onion and 1 square dairy milk popping candy as was dying to try it (2.5)

D - buffet for mums party i had 2 potato skins with hex a cheese, spring onion and bacon, chilli with el mince, beans, kidney beans and chopped tomatoes with chillis, 1 wholemeal roll with sandwich filler (3 syns) and hex b, salad, chicken satay skewer iceland (1 syn) and duck skewer iceland (Syn free), chicken tikka skewer from iceland (syn free) - was lovelyyyyyy also had 3 drinks 3 x vodka (4 * 3 - 12 and 1 peach snapps all with diet juice - 4.5 = 16.5)

Sunday 5th May 2013 - EE

B - 2 x bacon (No fat), 2 x eggs scrambled in fry light, mushrooms, tomato grilled, 2 x quorn sausages (2 syns) 1 quorn burger (0.5)

S - melon 2 types

D - Dinner at friends - she made stirfry with sharwoods chow mein sauce, had boiled rice and stirfry veg with turkey - 6 syns for sauce and oil (Was divided by 6) then had tiny bit of vienetta you are allowed 100g for 6.5 syns so count as that with strawberries

S - hex a and b 2 x small brown bread with dairylea triangle and chicken

Monday 6th May 2013 - EE

B - 2 types of melon, with mixed berries and ww yoghurt and green tea

S - tangerine

L - mexican chicken soup (Mushrooms, courgette, peppers, white and red onion, chicken, chopped tomatoes, 2 x chicken stock cubes, chilli, chilli flakes and lemon juice)

S - 2 x melon in box

D - speedy prawn curry with lots of veg and boiled rice - hi fi light bar 3.5 syns and 2 tbsp el mayo - 1 syn

S - 2 x small brown bread, sw quiche with cottage cheese, onions mushrooms & Bacon with dairlea triangle
