Thinking of trying mon-wed success express next week as i know im going to be bad at hen do Friday but straight back on it Sat - is this right?

EACH MEAL MUST HAVE 2/3 OF THE PLATE FULL OF SUPER FREE FOODS

Lunch - speed soup with lots veg (Need an idea of a soup to have)
Dinner - Mon - Chicken or Turkey stirfry with soya sauce and spices and a veg packet
Tuesday - Need an idea
Wednesday - Tuna Salad
Going to try and plan next week dinners so im not go bad!!
Thurs - quorn spaghetti
Fri - Hen do
Sat - steak, potatoes & Veg
Sun - Sw burger with salad and sw coleslaw on hex b roll (Red day)
Mon - Stirfry with no rice or noodles just a veg packet
