Well guys just back from the docs and FINALLY don't need to go back any time soon :) Thats me on thyroxine for good and there happy with the small dose initially and if i feel i need more to pop back.

Had more blood tests today URGH im petrified and typically it didn't take from my arm today so i got on set bloods from right and had get other from left lol but thats it done now hopefully for a while after 6 months of bloods! Checking my PCOS again and hormone levels too so to call back for results in 6 weeks.

also she delighted by weight loss :) told me my bmi is now under 30 FINALLY and agrees not to worry about getting bmi under 25 as she happy with me being a size 10 and between 10-10.7 - whenever i get there IF i do!! My bmi at last wi at sw was 30.4 so maybe a small loss can't tell how much cause diff scales but wait and see!!

Tuesday - Need an idea
Wednesday - Tuna Salad

Going to try and plan next week dinners so im not go bad!!

Thurs - quorn spaghetti
Fri - Hen do
Sat - steak, potatoes & Veg
Sun - Sw burger with salad and sw coleslaw on hex b roll (Red day)
Mon - Stirfry with no rice or noodles just a veg packet
Tue - ???
Wed - Tuna Salad before wi

B - 2 types of melon and mixed berries with ww yoghurt

L - Mexican chicken soup and some chicken slices as starving!!

S - 2 types of melon

D - sw quorn spaghetti with chopped tomatoes, lots of veg

S - hex b small brown bread - toast with 1/2 sw quiche with onion, mushrooms, cottage cheese & bacon and hex a of cheese

Syns - 0
Weekly - 56.5/105

Going to zumba but arms agony after blood tests so not sure it best idea - never ever hurt like this before :(
