B - 2 x scan bran with dairlea triangle, ham and chicken, 2 handfuls of mixed frozen berries with a ww yoghurt and a green tea

L - Mexican chicken soup

D - quorn & meat free meatball spaghetti (1 syn for meatballs) with lots of veg

S - 3 x scan bran with dairlea triangle and cold meat

Drinks - water all day

Had an amazing day picked up back of 9 then went to see my bfs nephew hes tiny just 5lb 11 and 6-8 weeks old he was premature so last time i seen him he was in neonatal and 3lbs 1 so i got a wee hold and then we went met rest girls and to pub then lunch i had chicken soup and chicken satay yummmm and some rose wine then to hairdressers and got hair put up! Back to bride to be house and had lots shots and i had peach schnapps diet irn bru and got our make up done then changed and out to club for ann summers and disco where lots more drink and shots were had it was a right laugh :) got back bfs sat about 2am lol!! I woke him for cuddles haha as had missed him all day as i just see him weekends!!

Yesterday back on plan

Went out for lunch had chicken and pepper skewers grilled with boiled rice

Then dinner was piri piri chicken breast with baked potato and hex a cheese with roasted veg

I had a mini twister and bf had a wholeeee tub ben and jerrys haha

We went out during day along to beach and got fast and furious dvds and cuddled up last night and watched 1-3 lol

Home today iv made lentil and bacon soup for week lunches, cut up half two diff melons and grapes for work lunch extra and made salad sw coleslaw and turkey burgers goinf have with hex a cheese and a brown roll with syn free chips just had an orange there and breakfast was omlette with tomatoes and turkey meat

Friday 10th May 2013 - Day off plan for hen do!!!

B - 2 x scan bran with 2 x cheese triangles and 2 slices of chicken

L - Chinese - Cream of chicken soup and Chicken satay with fried rice (Peppers, Onions & Mushrooms) -
anyone any idea of syns so i can do a rough guide of syns would be appreciated!!

Drinks - say 10 peach schnapps and diet irn bru (45 syns), 3 apple sours and two cola cubes (12.5 syns)

Syns - LOTSSSSSSS
Weekly = probably too much lol!!

Saturday 11th May 2013 - EE

Brunch - Chicken & Pepper skewers with boiled rice (3 syns piri piri sauce)

Dinner - Piri Piri Chicken (4.5 syns) with baked potato and hex a cheese with roasted vegetables

Syn - mini twister (2.5 syns) whilst bf munched a full tub ben & jerrys!!

Sunday 12th May 2013 - EE

B - Omlette with tomato

Lunch - Orange and few bits of melon

Dinner - Home made turkey burgers with hex b brown roll and cheese slice hex a, with salad, sw coleslaw & syn free chips (1 syn for mayo)

Supper - Lentil & bacon soup home made

Syns - 1

Monday -- 13th May 2013 - Success Express

B - 2 x scan bran with 2 x dairlea light triangles with chicken and ham, Bowl of mixed berries and ff ww yoghurt

L - Lentil & Bacon soup (Lentils, 6 carrots, 6 sticks celery, 1.5 red onion and one slice bacon in the pot for week) and box of two types of melon - soup was off no idea how thats happened just made it last night and been in fridge since cooled :( so just had my melon seriously testing me to stay away from naughty things - theres crisps and sweets in kitchen in work!! I can't even get out to get anything else as iv had all my lunch break :(

D - Turkey stirfry with stirfry veg packet and added red onion/ spring onions and mushrooms (Chow mein sauce 10 syns/4 =2.5 Syns per person) with small amount of rice

S - last 3 scan bran with cucumber, tomato, spring onion, 2 x dairlea light triangles and cold meat (Turkey and Ham)

Syns - 2.5
Weekly - TOO MANYYYYYYYY


Have i done success express right?
Any idea on syns for chinese was small portions and i stayed clear of prawn crackers and dessert :)
Drinks - Sat/Sun/ Mon - Water and sat and sun had 1 can each day diet irn bru!

Made a big pot lentil & Bacon soup last night for weeks lunches! Just went to heat it up in work after wandering and getting dinner stuff in and a gift bag for friend so used my half hour lunch and the soups off :( so angry how could it have gone off so quick :( Starving :( Trust it to be the day iv forgotten to lift my extra fruit for the week if hungry to leave in work!!

Its going well i didn't like it to begin with but now don't mind it with cheese spread, tomatoes and cold meat :)

Going to try again next week a few days do you have it alot? Did it make a difference to your weight loss x
 
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh im starving there are crips and sweets in kitchen i can eat but been bad fri so determined not to eat till i get home!!

Straight off to shop on way home for carrots, one onion, parsnip and making my soup again this time less onion and adding a parsnip for extra super free!!

Red onion was a bit wet yesterday and i said to mum never noticed it before to be so wet so thinking maybe it was going off? Even though i just bought them yesterday!!

Today has been a massive test!!!!
