Tuesday 21st May 2013 - Green

B - ww yoghurt, mixed berries and mixed frozen fruit (Apple, Melon, Grapes, Tangerine) and one scan bran with 1 dairylea triangle and quorn turkey and stuffing meat

S - pineapple

L - minastrone soup and rest of pineapple

D - Quorn sausage casserole (3 syns), with baked beans, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, onions with a baked potato and hex a cheese with onion YUM!! If hungry will have second hex b of a high fi light rocky road x 2 :)

S - 4 x scan bran with tomato, 2 dairlea triangles and piece of curry loaf :)

Syns - 3
Weekly - 70.5/105
Exercise - 45 minutes power walking to and from work and big walk with doggies!

First green day since i started :)

D - tuna salad before wi (1 syn for mayo)

S - 2 x small brown bread, chicken meat and hex a cheese

Syns - 1
Weekly - 71.5/105

Exercise - 45 min power walking to and from work and going to go a 20 min walk on lunch :)
