Well got called back to doctors for bloods and went she said she didnt need to see me been a mis-communication...so been worried for nothing!

Anyway she said it gives me a chance to tell you the good news face to face..... you dont have PCOS i was like huh i was told ten years ago i did supposedly its something to do with my hormone levels, and pill thats been confusing them so im relieved to not have it but pissed off iv been worried all these years for nothing!!!

D - Spanish chicken (14 syns ouch from asda and it wasn't nice ) with baked potato and roasted veg

Snacks - cadbury popping candy bar at cinema - 12 syns

Going to cinema tonight and may buy a chocolate bar as a treat

awwww man we went to the shop got a spannish chicken thing and just syned it 14 syns eeeekkkk so i having thay for dinner with loads veg and baked potato

then caduburys chocolate bar popping candy one for cinema so 26/105 this week so far xxx

d - chinese hot and sour soup 5 syns and chicken chow mein 7 syns didnt eat much of chow mein though!

may have toast or something for supper as not ate alot today!!
