Saturday 18th May 2013 - EE

B - 3 egg omlette with hex a cheese

S - pineapple and a few slices chicken meat

L - Chinese with the girls (Hot & Sour soup - 5.5 and chicken chow mein 7 - though i just ate half)

D - batchelors rice with veg and chicken meat

S - handful of crisps - 10 syns

Sunday 19th May - EE

B - massive sw fry up quorn sausage (1), 2 quorn burgers (1), quorn southern fried chicken bite (1), mushrooms, bacon, 1/2 omelette with my sister, tomatoes and baked beans

D - Sw kebab (Pitta 7 syns thought asda wholemeal was a hex b but supposedly not now :(, 1 syn for mayo in coleslaw and garlic sauce), served with coleslaw, salad, syn free chips and home made garlic and chilli sauce

S - small bowl of ministrone soup, slice of the curry loaf i made

S - 2 x hifi light bars and a ice lolly popping candy (5 syns)

Weekly - 64.5 Syns

Monday 20th May 2013 - EE

B - 1 x scan bran with dairlea light triangle, mixed berries and frozen fruit salad with ww yoghurt and green tea

S - apple

L - ministrone soup

S - apple

D - sw chicken satay (3 syns) with lots veg and rice

S - 4 x scan bran, chicken or quorn meat, tomatoes and dairlea triangles x 2

Exercise - 45 minutes power walking :) to and from work!
