Haha i know just dissapointed it seems to have slowed right down allready as this is what happened last time i did slimming world it slowed right down until i begin to gain and lose same weight for months lol!! Sure i be fine next week heres to another fab week for us all :) star week also may have made me not lose what i hoped!!
 
This weeks challenge is ten speed foods so here goes -

Thursday 23rd May 2013 - EE

B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle and chicken, followed by apple (s) and green tea

S - ww yoghurt

L - quorn (s) spaghetti bolognase, chopped tomatoes (S), Mushrooms (s), white onion (s), peppers (s), courgette (s), spring onions (s), carrot (s)

S - bananna

D - We had rump steak (Fat cut off mine), with brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, peppers, red onion and baby potatoes with 3 syns worth of peppercorn sauce :)

Syns - 3
Weekly - 3/105

Need to get another speed food in there so ill buy some fruit at shop later :)

waiting on bf coming home from training and having a 3 egg omlette for breakfast with a springle of cheese and red onion

lunch out hoping go weatherspoons for chicken skewers and salad with piri piri sauce 3 syns

dinner be something healthy

if its a nice day we going go a big walk and get ice cream :) 12 syns online for a cone with flake :)
