L - Mexican chicken soup Chopped tomatoes (S), Onion (S), Courgette (S), Celery (S), Carrot (S), Chicken (S) other veg i can't mind what!

S - melon(S), pineapple (S), grapes and strawberries (SS)

D - Tuna and salmon Salad (1 syn for el mayo), Lettuce (S), Tomatoes (S), Spring onions (S), Onion (S), Peppers (S), Cucumber (S)

S - TBC but a and b choices to be used

B - magic porridge with 30g porridge oats and ww yoghurt with an apple and green tea

L - chicken & veg stirfry soup with spices lots of veg and apple

S - melon, Pineapple, strawberries and grapes

D - chicken pasta bake with home made sauce, Chopped tomateos, carrots, courgette, celery, onion, peas, sweetcorn etc
