B - gutted we went for breakfast and previously iv had brown bread toast with bacon grilled in no fat with no butter and ketchup for a few syns but they had no brown bread so had 2 slices of white counted it as 10 for bread to be safe and 1 for ketchup

D - Chicken stuffed with hex a Mozarella, basil and cherry tomatos wrapped in parma ham (1 syn) with roasted cherry tomatoes on vine, carrots, leeks, onion and turnip and boiled potatoes for dessert my brownie (16 syns which i lucky if i ate 1/3)
Drinks - had two pimms with apple, mint and strawberries in with diet lemonade (9 syns), 1 peach schnapps and diet irn bru (4.5 syns)

B - 3 egg omlette with onion and mushrooms and an apple
L - alpine light bar
D - baked bean hotpot with 4 x quorn sausages (4 syns), carrot, leek, mushrooms, celery, courgette served with small baked potato and hex a cheese
S - fruit & fibre and hex a milk

Monday 3rd June - EE (Wanted red but forgot can't have lentils on a red day lol)
B - 2 x small brown bread, dairlea triangle and chicken with a green tea
L - lentil soup (lots of carrots, celery and courgette with a tiny bit of leek, lentils and ham stock cube)
S - box of melon, pineapple and strawberries
D - mainly veg curry with prawns (Speedy prawn curry) now with rice as i have to change to ee day due to my lentils (Silly)
S - prob an omlette with mushrooms, onions and chicken and tiny bit cheese
Exercise - at least 5k walk

Im a little low on fruit etc today but not feeling too good wanted scan bran for breakfast but had bit of an upset tummy and scared to eat it hopefully ok and can have lunch etc and more fruit!!
That's the only free quorn and that's the 2013 book so they must be 1 syn, I know in my food directory (2013) it just says frozen or chilled so they all must be one syn...
There are syn free quorn sausages but they are the low fat ones, they are on the SW site in the syns online, the ones you have are the original ones which are 1 syn. This is the package for them, hope this helps lol x
Ah see I haven't seen those low fat ones! I'll be keeping an eye out for them because it is annoying having to syn quorn or anything else for that matter haha
Well i managed 6.5k walking yesterday so im happy with that especially as i hadnt been feeling so fab!!

B - 3 x scan bran (part hex b) with primula cheese and chicken, with cherry tomatoes on two and one with 1 tsp lf jam and 1/2 a bananna on other (1 syn for jam)
S - apple
L - chicken, carrot & rice soup made by my lovely sister
S - Melon, Pineapple and strawberries
D - pasta and sauce Macaroni (1.5) with veg and a bit of chicken added
S - 2 x scan bran with rest hex a primula cheese, tomatoes and cold meat
