Would liked bit more but its off not on :)

I just boiled butternut squash with courgette pepper onion leek and mushroom in pasatta then added spices garamasala corriander tumeric curry powder garlic and bit chilli spices but was too hot so I would cut down boiled away 30 mins added tin chick peas left another 10 mins then added natural yoghurt as so hot

Simple and it surprised me being nice lol

Green today

B - apple pineapple strawberries and ff natural yoghurt
S - tangerine
L - lentil soup
D - quorn sausages 2 syns baked bean bake with celery mushroom leek over baked tattie and one hex cheese
S - 2 x brown bread cheese triangle and poached egg

Mmmmmm that sounds lovely, I think I'll make that tomorrow and leave it in my slow cooker while I'm bed so it's ready for when I get up, Thank you :D x x
 
Today another green

B - pineapple strawberries apple ff yoghurt and green tea

L - baked potato with beans and salad raging as shop I got from added butter when I didnt ask for it said no butter or dressing grrr so guessing 5 syns?

S - tangerine

D - macaroni cheese with syn free chips 2 hex a and 5 syns?? Incase any extra cheese

S - 2 x hifi light bars as one hex b and just leave 2nd

Food sounds good, I bet you were annoyed about the butter I would be. I made that curry for tea and it was gorgeous, just changed a few things. It's the best curry I've had in ages :D Thanks x x

Butterfly chicken(with skin) is 3.5 I think. Spicy rice is 2.5 and you'd need to check values for sauces

I went the other week and had butterfly chicken, plain and cooked with no skin, spicy rice and corn. Syn'd 3 for it cos altho the chicken was plain and had no skin, they might have used something? Rice potion is small but it was a yummy meal and I didn't look like the odd one out :) x

Went to nandos was lovely

Had butterfly chicken rice and salad then drissled some sauce over salad counting 8 syns

Food today

B - 2 x brown bread scrambled eggs with 2 spring onions and mushrooms

L - nandos

D - quorn mince spagetti with meatfree meatballs 2 syns with peppers red onion and pasatta

S - mini egg box 11 syns and crisps 5 syns for squares

Today we chilled went visit my gran ans granda didnt see granda really he slept mpst time as not well again :( then me and Paul went nandos and shopa get dinner stuff and mice for fanta

Tonight is cuddles and tv and maybe film or breaking bad :)

This week diet been easier as when with paul he been helping by having same as me and no sweeta etc as he trying help so cute he even had same in nandos as I wanted burger haha

Have a fab weekend

I don't wanna go home tomorrow and leave paul :( xx
 
Forgot say wed at class woman was asking what my target was when I said her reply....

You sure your not to heavy still being ten and half stone I think you would need lose bit more as im taller than you and going to 11 stone

I was not impressed

Told her it made me a comfortable size 10 and I can maintain it and cant maintain much less said id aim stay between 10-10.7

Grrrr people lol
 
Today is ee

Brunch - 2 x small brown bread cheese triangle and chicken then pineapple

Dinner - roast beef in slow cooker, mashed potatoes, crinkly cabbage and carrots with 1 small yorkshire pudding 2 syns then dessert was sw apple crumble and custard ten syns

I may have either soup or be bad and have toast later

S - bowl of toast and one slice toast with cold meat 5.5 syns

What an awful woman, she has no right to say that!! We're all different, what's right for one person is not for another. It's up to you when you stop. Stop when you're comfortable and happy not when someone else thinks you're thin enough. You look great now :)

The woman is a bit if a moaner at class but still didnt give her right to say it to me! Consultant didnt hear and people on queue who heard just looked away! Grr some people are so *****y but im happy with how I am just now and the few extra lbs I want lose to get to target makes me happy! I even made Paul feel my new found hip bones that you can see and feel now haha!!

If she says something again I'd tell your consultant, god only knows what she's saying to other people. The whole idea of group and SW is to give support and it lets you set your goal where you want it.

Had a fab week this week so hoping for a decent loss yday was a green day and just used half a syn

Today is ee

Took a cheeky day off work out for lunch and shopping with my mum and one my sisters as ita there days off work to get my other sister birthday pressies

Got around 20 syns use for lunch but going just have soup and sandwich if I can :)

Then I see Paul tonight and he keeping me super strict on diet so its tuna pasta again with pepper onions :)

We usually have a cheeky bag crisps in bed with breaking bad but all crisps we got at his are 5 syns or less so ill have plenty left

Thanks had a lovely day had lunch out asked if any butter or that in soup and wasnt so had soup and brown sandwich count 10 syns for extra bread and bit mayo

Pear before I left to tide me over till lunch

Dinner is tuna pasta with pepper and onion 2 syns for mayo

Crispies later 5 syns
