yey another loss!! 2lb so now 1stone has gone!!! People are noticing which is so nice, all my clothes fit, i have things to wear, need to get some new stuff and defo need undies my nick nacks keep falling down now my bum and belly are disappearing hahaha
Had great few days, loss of old school mate in suffolk wasnt nice, unclear how he passed, he was outside, fishing, was found dead bby fishing baliff next morning ;-( Not seen him for many yrs but known him since was 12 v sad for the family.
I had good couple of dukan days, but did notice on pp days I am struggling to make or face much,,,obviously i do get thru it but last couple of pp days i have struggled, day b4 yesterday i made steak for tea it tasted funny so after first bite i lleft it, had a muffin and yog for tea, defo did not eat enough that day, only had rhubarb yog for bfast then omlette at 3pm then muffin and yog for tea. I know it was a bad day i didnt feel hungry but have to b careful not to do that again, esp around pmt time cos i would be evil!!
had lovely day yesterday, pv day, turkey rashers,egg,mushrooms and toms for bfast
lunch was tuna salad, tea was flat iron steak (try it its in shops now really lovely cut of meat!) celeriac chips (straight from freezer) and mushrooms onions and garlic and some green beans on side, omg i was stuffed!!!
Had rhubarb on its own too!
Then met up with my cousin and her husband, not seen her for over 20yrs!!! They are in cardiff for a book thing her hubby is an author of fantasy /horror/ghost stories They came to ours and met the kids, we had a few vcoddies and diet coke whilst my boys did magic tricks an card tricks, we had sooo much fun! My eldest Cameron is v good at card tricks, we got him some proffesional stuff for xmas an he has practised and practised, he 'blew their minds' hahaha even Zach had some good tricks! Old photos and stories were shared and then we went to the local pub, more and more vodka, I sang in the pub, love karaoke on fri night esp after couple drinks LOL then came back to ours, I made 4 slices of gorg sainsburys seeded loaf,,toaszted cheese,spring onion an tomato on top, also heated up homemade pizza leftover from tea for them,,I HAD NONE OF IT!!!I had a muffin that had a nice bit of mould on bottom, humph* I peeled that bit off and ate it LOL I was soooooo pleased to have stayed in the zone,well apart from about 10 vodkas hahahaha
Woke up starving, made pancakes & bacon for family so made dukan pancake for me, egg, skim milk,sweetner and bit of vanilla flavouring, had it with bacon medallion and it was LUSH!!! happy happy and LOVE dukan!! Have a great day all
