HOWDY! Another 1lb off, had a FAB today and yesterday, went to Southerndown beach with hubby and kids, Cameron our 16yr old came with us which is unheard of! Lovely family time on beach, but were all hungry, hadnt prepared, but I bought ice creams and pasties (thats all there was) and diet pepsi, they all ate whilst I had a muffin I brought and a can of pop, i was happy as larry!
Came home had salad n dukan h/m burgers on bbq, I also grated a small carrot, sliced a tiny bit white cabbage and chopped red onion, mixed it with quark, white wine vinegar, sweetner,balsamic,bit mustard,salt n pepper, it was a kind of coleslaw,,,actually it was crunchy and nice but left a lovely quark furry coat on teeth after!! I still ate it!
I then made prawn,peppers & a drizzle of lemon juice skewers and chicken, red onion and peppers with some 'season all' over it,,,took them over a mates house an stuck them on their bbq, stayed for the evening, younger kids watched eurovision scoring points they loved it hahaha! Everyone drank alot, I had 3 vodkas then pretended with just diet coke ;-)
Got up early and had some dukan cereal an milk, 2 tolerated items, and as its a pp day I had it!! It was sweet but v nice.
Had handful of cooked chicken at 11.
Lunch had 2 turkey rashers and 1 egg
Cooked lamb roast dinner for family, waaaayyyy too hot in kitchen this afternoon!!
Managed to buy frozen cooked prawns/shrimps, OMG they were lush! I sat with a pint glass half full of ice, shrimps on top, half a lemon, bowl of warm water for finger dipping and peeled and scoffed them, I love doing that, they were really lovely full of flavour.
Then for supper had a chicken breast, sprinkled with seasoning, just had 2 muffins, rhubarb and total 0%
What a difference from the last pp day when I struggled, today was good, I defo made myself eat eat eat protein even if i wasnt hungry ;-)
