Kitty Kicks Butt 32lbs gone forever.

DD nearly done and I was hungry today. Just had dinner though so feeling better. Chicken breast with salad and a sandwich thin, it was lovely although a piece of crackling did fall in to my mouth when I was putting dinner out for the rest of them. Difficult to resist but it won't break the bank I reckon! Small snack later and another day done. Very little exercise going on here at the moment, still trying to get my back and knee in to proper shape but I think I can manage without for now. Holidays in just over 4 weeks and I'm hoping to do lots of swimming then as well as walking. As usual I'm nowhere close to where I want to be weight wise for going away but I'm closer than I would have been if I hadn't bothered :)
 
Another DD done and 2 hours hard labour at work today so all good. Yesterday's UD got slightly out of hand so I' hoping that didn't do too much damage. Looking forward to food tomorrow.
 
Another successful DD today and plenty of walking due to leaving car in to be serviced and tramping round shops etc waiting until it was ready. On the upside I have all school uniform bought for September including shoes and trainers so that's a plus! I'll weigh in tomorrow I think and see how it goes.

No books to buy thankfully! I need to be organised as the boys are both caught up with football/tennis tournaments from next week until we go away and then we only have a few days left until they go back to school. It's the price of blazers that gets me. And £45 for a pair of shoes for a 12 year old!! Criminal.
 
Thankfully no fees here, just our "voluntary contribution" Got to thank God for our school system here it really is excellent.
Off to France on 7th for just over 2 weeks, then back to GCSE results and school again!

So I find myself messing about again with the same couple of pounds, on off, in out, shake it all about. I also find myself beginning to slide in to holiday mode "I'm going away soon, sure I'll start again when I get back" NO!!! This WON'T happen. So here's what's going to happen for the next few weeks. I weighed myself this morning

Same as last week! But this shouldn't really have been weigh in day.
SO I will lose 5 pounds between now and my holidays OR I will give a big fat cheque for £50 to Trócaire.

I will weigh in this Sunday and then I have 3 more Saturday or Sunday weigh ins (depending on where my DDs fall) before I go away. Then my last DD will be 5th August so 6th will be my very last weigh in. Going to change the challenge to reflect this and I'm also going to post my weight every even though this will fluctuate depending on UD/DD May also post food, I'll wait and see. Still not going to count my UDs but I am going to be more sensible about what I have and stop eating just because I can or just for the sake of it.

So by 6th August I will be 182.6 or below or else I will be giving up £50 I can't afford.

HELP!!
 
189.2 today, expected post UD fluctuation. Food was all under control yesterday.

DD today, the usual plan. Make do with water/green tea and coffee as long as I can, hopefully until tonight, then chicken salad I think. We'll see how it goes.
 
I'm happy to take your £50 ;) but and this is a big but you won't need to pay anyone cos you're going to lose it! Come on you were the person who inspired me to make the change that stopped me stressing & realising that this is a change for life. All my support as always you know that xx
 
Thank you hun. We'll see if the threat of hitting me in my wallet can keep me on the straight and narrow! Starving today actually for some reason but doing fine for now.

0.6 off since Friday so not going to complain about that. Still on track to make my new challenge, 4.4 pounds to go, 3.5 more weigh ins to do it in! UD today.
