DD nearly done and I was hungry today. Just had dinner though so feeling better. Chicken breast with salad and a sandwich thin, it was lovely although a piece of crackling did fall in to my mouth when I was putting dinner out for the rest of them. Difficult to resist but it won't break the bank I reckon! Small snack later and another day done. Very little exercise going on here at the moment, still trying to get my back and knee in to proper shape but I think I can manage without for now. Holidays in just over 4 weeks and I'm hoping to do lots of swimming then as well as walking. As usual I'm nowhere close to where I want to be weight wise for going away but I'm closer than I would have been if I hadn't bothered
